This PHARMACY and its so called manager are HORRIBLE!!!!! She (THE SO CALLED MANAGER) is rude and holds personal vendettas against certain people. Unfortunately my sister is very ill with fibromyalgia and RA. She could only find a doctor in Houston Texas to treat her for her conditions the correct way. Unfortunately she has to be prescribed pain medication because of the pain that fibromyalgia and RA causes. For one whole year she has been treated with disrespect. She was told a number of times what she had to do to make sure her pain meds were ordered on time and has done everything that was asked of her. Not only was the medication not there after she drove over a hour to have it filled she has been judged treated rudely and even if the medication was there I have witnessed that PHARMACY MANAGER make her wait 3 hours while other people that came in after my sister got their meds in less than 30 minutes. This woman should not be managing anything much less a PHARMACY. If my sister could go somewhere else she would. I have changed my PHARMACY because of this one particular woman and I have managed to get at least 15 of my family and friends to get away from CVS because of this horrible treatment. I know this will be deleated but hopefully some will get to read it and get up enough nerve to complain if they are experiencing this treatment. Ive called and complained about this treatment and spoke to the assistant manager Mikeael. He was very nice but when my sister went today and her meds werent ready after 3 hours she asked to speak with Mikeael and this PHARMACY manager said she was the boss not the manager of the store or the assistant manager. So after this Im gone and so are a lot of my family and friends. My sister unfortunately has to stay because of her insurance. Id get rid of that rude pharmacist so fast her head would spin!!!!!!!

Very poor customer service. I have requested notifications when prescriptions are ready 4 different times but they still do not do it. I had a prescription sent by the doctor last week. I go there again today and they do not have anything for me. I check with the doctor and they confirm it was sent in last week. I call cvs this time and give them my name, doctors name, and name of medication. Oh! Yes! We have that. Well have to get it ready. Can you come in about 2 hours? Very poor service.

Miserable place...miserable people...miserable experience. Ive been trying to use this pharmacy for over a year and have yet to have them have a medication in stock even when the auto dial service confirms my prescription to be ready for pickup. Im taking my business to the only other game in town - at least they wont make you waste a trip every time you need medication.

Ive never seen a business go downhill as fast as this location has. Almost overnight, their staff completely changed, medications are frequently out of stock, and there are constantly boxes stacked around the floor. We are in the process of moving our prescriptions to a different store.

Ive seen them over and over tell people they dont have certain meds in stock .My father was a pharmist in Orange when there were a lot more people living here never did this happen then.They say come back in a week you can ship it from the moon in three days

CVS has disappointed me more than once. I have been using this pharmacy for a long time and I almost always have to wait several days for prescriptions because "we are out of stock". This is the most inefficient business I have ever encountered.
