CVS should be ashamed! My doctor gave me a coupon to help off set cost of a very expensive medication for the first year. CVS Pharmacists said I needed a pre-authorization. Not true. Called my doctor who than referred me to a family owned pharmacy. Got prescription filled with out issue and half the wait.

No bathroom needed to change contacts badly because they were dirty. Purchased contacts container and cleaner and was told no bathroom for me to use. This was very frustrating because I already had a difficult time driving to the location. Should have gone to Walgreens

I got a prescription filled while traveling through KC. The pharmacist and the technicians were so helpful. The prescription only took 10 minutes.
