First visit ... I looking up on line before make a trip there show the medicine I need for my grand daughter was 9-10 in stock to choose from was wrong was only 1 item with the box all beat up I check for expire date was good so it okay .... asking to used the rest room attendant unlock that was the worst nightmare of disaster in there so bad for being a health relate store ..... on my way check out ..PLEASE STOP !! asking customer to donated the money at check out or buy some of your candies it so embarrassing stop ... !! people know who to gives stop the obligation necessity as much money as Walgreens making just put the box with sign but dont ask everyday at checkout .

Review on pharmacy only: very disorganized with scripts in terrible disarray. It took them 72hours to fill one of three scripts submitted. When I requested my other 2 scripts returned so I could have them filled at HEB (I was going to transfer all 11to Walgreens to be closer to home) the VERY rude pharmacist stamped their logo on them so they couldnt be filled anywhere else! Who does that!! This particular pharmacist needs to perhaps transfer to the back of the store without any customer service since SHE made it evident just how miserable she is.

Great customer service up front and in departments. Pharmacist PHILL goes out of his way to assist and help. Not a real busy store so no lines unless they have a rush come through. Much, much better than 24 hour store on Spencer @ Burke or even Southmore and Burke.
