I would like to start off this review by saying that I have NEVER written an on-line review and am only doing so in this instance in hopes that, as a result, someone out there will not have to go through the same experiences I have. If I could rate less than a star for this pharmacy I would. I have been shocked and amazed on multiple occasions at the poor quality of service Ive received. After my first negative experience, I was willing to give them a second chance due to their convenient location, but I would now drive an hour out of my way if necessary to avoid another encounter with this pharmacy. On one occasion, I was there to pick up a medication that I was not familiar with and was somewhat risky. When I was handed the prescription and not asked right away if I had any questions (as I would expect to be), I asked to speak with a pharmacist as I was quite apprehensive about taking the medicine. After waiting 10 minutes, the manager finally spoke to me, but only between sentences while he conducted a phone conversation at the same time!! Still I was able to forgive this until my last experience in which I was waiting for medicine right after an excruciating procedure at my doctors office. I sat in pain for over 30 minutes while they told me they were filling my prescription. When I finally went to the counter to ask for an ETA, I learned that they hadnt even looked up my prescription yet. It turned out, the prescription had not yet been called in by my doctor so I was then asked to follow-up with my doctor rather than the pharmacist. I did and waited another 20 minutes. When I approached the counter to find out whether they had received the call in, they refused to even check the computer and sent me to the back of the line, even though Id already been there an hour. At this point, my doctors office told me that they always have trouble with this branch and sent me to a local competitor, who had my prescription filled within 5 minutes. Again I stress that I am only sharing this experience so that others can avoid such frustration in the future. I hope that someone out there finds this helpful.

The guy working behind the photo booth desk is a putz. My wife wanted to buy a small bag of cheetos along with purchading her photos which were ready, and he rufused to ring up the chips. His reason, the bags he has are too small for chips. Get to work, and do your job; and your lack of customer service is driving Walgreens stock DOWN.

I just got off of the phone with one of the pharmacists who was extremely rude and ignored the questions I was asking. I tried explaining what was going on and she cut me off multiple times. I feel very frustrated and I can tell you that I will be finding a different walgreens to refill my prescription at.

Pharmacy staff was rude. Said they had my daughters prescription but hadnt filled it in the 75 minutes since our doctor had called it in. Having sick little ones is tough enough - poor customer service because the staff is stressed out has now lost Walgreens our business.

Weve had several problems at this store - long waits and poor customer service. Local doctors in the area have told us to avoid this store as they arent helpful, and another local pharmamacy told us theyve also seen alot of complaints. Wish wed know that sooner.....

I have used these guys several times after visiting Dr;s in the area. They have drugs and sell them to you. This is also the greatest stash of junk food on earth. So much for the diabetes medicine.

Several times now, the pharmacy has tried to fill a prescription with the wrong quantity of pills. They dont seem to check the prescription from the doctor carefully.
