Emporio is the only jewelry store I trust in the Rio Grande Valley! The in house jeweler took the time to alter my fiancés engagement ring he proposed with and combine it with an additional two vintage pieces to create the one of a kind display I proudly wear today! Additionally, the owner Mr. Rojas, & the in house jeweler took the time to meet with me and discuss my ideas on placement, cuts, and concept of what I wanted in a combination ring, and his creativity and talent went beyond my expectations! Thank you for your knowledge, help, and ingenuity in the culmination of cluster that bedazzles, blinds, and shines at each and every angle! I take pride in saying the final result is a masterpiece, and the only one of its kind which was exactly what I wanted and is exactly what they delivered!

Middle man prices!! This place does not have an in house jeweler and has other jewelry stores doing his work!!! The owner did not commit to what was instructed for my customized piece. It had great sentimental value and I made it very clear how special recreating and finishing this piece of jewelry would be to me. Customer service was great at the beginning of the transaction before anything was agreed to....then very POOR days after a deposit was given to start my order. What was promised that he could commit to...ended up with an unsatisfied outcome of my jewelry!!! Sold himself very well of how talented his work was but doesnt come close to clutch at all!!!! Wish I would have considered another option!!!! One star is still over rated for my opinion of this place!!!!

This is a one-of-a-kind jewelry store, they took the time to evaluate my damaged rings, discussed the process of fixing them and quoted me a very reasonable price. The rings were finished earlier than estimated and are beautiful, they look brand new. I would never go anywhere else to have my jewelry repaired or to shop for a new piece of jewelry.

Such excellent service and a friendly staff! I took them an antique clock I had found for a friend that was not working and they were able to repair it at such an affordable cost. I will definitely be using them again for my future watch and clock repairs.
