Went into the store today, and have been going for about 3 years. However this trip I brought my grandmother in to pick out a wig, she is in town visiting. We walked into the store with my little 3 month old baby, he was inside the carseat and carseat placed inside the stroller. When I walked in a lady said I dont think that is allowed. To this I said "what? My child?" she said hold on. I have nothing against Gays/Bi sexual/ etc. However, when this very guy/person came from the back, he said store policy no strollers allowed. I was taken back, I said well I dam sure did not come in here to steal anything. I am with my son, grandmother, I was in my work scrubs and had spent hundreds of dollars in the store and brought many others to the store to shop as well. So needless to say I was pissed. I said so every black person with a stroller is coming in to the store to steal? I also said that is a very racist stereotype! I also stated that I will leave a review on every site that I find this store listed on. I told him I will not go put my childs stroller in the car and carry him in his seat all around the store, having to place him down on the floor while shopping. HELL NO! Considering you are going to watch me regardless, the entire situation is a dam joke. Bottom line, dont shop here while Black and with a Stroller. For those righteous viewers that will say, that I am making this a race thing........YOU DAM RIGHT I AM!! Considering I have saw then roll out the carpet and try to kiss ASS to those of a different race meaning NOT black!!. Walked back in to further express my thoughts and the guy/girl disappeared as well as the lady. Possibly behind the mirror.

tengo problemas con un pedido que hice a peru de los labiales kylie jenner pedi 12 unidades pague y luego me dijo que su jefe no dejaba que manden esa cantidad asi que me hicieron pagar por 50 unidades luego me dijeron que llego el producto y total que no eran esas cantidades eran mas 170 unidades y por ultimo me han hecho pagar supuestamente el seguro porque cuando anteriormente llegaron los labiales el carro de dhl que lo transportaba se choco ya pague y el joven me dijo que llegarias saturday 19:15 y hasta el dia de hoy no llegan y ahora no contesta ni un correo ni nada quisiera saber si me enviaran los labiales o me reembolsaran porque no voy a perder $ 234 dolares y el joven se llama MICHELLE asi es como firma en el correo

Giving a rating for Valley Beauty Supply for me is going against everything I know to be true and respectful. The service at this store is horrible and any person of the EBONY hue should stay clear of this place. So I stopped by the store to buy a hair bun to assist my hair in growing. Everyone knows the lighting in the store is totally different from outside. I left with my bun and got home only to realize the color was totally different from my natural hair color. Of course I took it out of the package, however I was careful when removing it and was able to package it back the same way it was bought. In less than 20 minutes tops I was back at the store only to exchange for a better color and experienced the worst female employee ever. She insisted they dont do refunds or exchanges. I informed her that I was just there less than 30 minutes ago. So she offered an exchange and proceeded to tell me this will be the only exchange for this item. She then gave me the item without placing it in a bag and refused to give me my receipt until I became UNGLUED. At that point she gave me my receipt and then slid the bag towards me. Theyre in business because the majority of their clients are African Americans. Dont support this business and try another store with better service. Money is power and by shopping at a place that clearly disrespects their clients and visibly discriminate has no place in my pocket!

This store customer service is extremely bad. There is no one to help loom for items if you need. Everyone sits at the front counter, not offering any help. I took my grandmother in to buy a few item, we got there and asked one lady for help she said Hold on walked away we waiting for a good 10 minting yes them she came back out and was very rude, when we saw that the items we needed were not available we asked if my grandmother could please use the restroom, the lady said no to go next door, my grandma begged her knowing elders when they have to use the restroom its urgent, the lady still insisted and said no. We left very disappointed, I usually have my hair store I enjoy going to, this was our first time in that area, and sadly our last! Horrible expo wrench ride workers. I just feel like because they know people will still come to buy items they really dont care, after all regardless propel will still come and buy hair so..... Horrible!!!!!!!!!

I have experienced the worst customer service here twice. The owners know that they have a lot of good products and customers so they literally do not bother to please customers. My cousin and I picked 3 wigs and all 3 were out of stock so we had to buy the displays and they only would give us 10% off of the wigs which was only like 3 dollars and after tax you were still paying more than the original price. Another customer was having issues with them as well and the owner laughed because she called him a SOB. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

My boyfriend bought clippers from this place and about 2 weeks later they completely stopped working and when he went to return them today 11/11/15 the lady kept saying store policy. They dont allow enough time if something breaks down they give you 7 days after that no exchanges or returns thats completely ridiculous this is the 2nd time he will never be going back this is horrible the low prices are not worth it, you get what you pay for stay away people this company is bad for business!!!!!!!!

I am shaking right now because this man not only yelled at me in the store with other customers, but then came out to the lot and screamed at me while I am sitting in my car. This man is the rudest sales man ever! Scary that a man would come out at night and yell at me while I am alone! I cannot believe what just happened. Utter shock!

The man in the location was following myself and my 7 year old son. I didnt like being stereotyped and it made me feel uncomfortable to the point where I put down all the items I was going to purchase. I wasnt about to spend money there when they profiling my son and my self. Never again will I go there!

I been coming to several years they have the best products and hair for the lowest prices. The employees be really nice and especially the tall guy with the glasses. I went the other day and they had a new display shelf. It looks nice.
