This used to be my favorite beauty supply been shopping here for years and I have spent hundreds over the years. today I went to buy 10 bucks worth of supplies on my way to my hair appt with plenty time to spare and my card declined. but instead of telling me to call my credit card company or ask for a different card "mike" who I assume is the manager told me he had to keep my card and my id and I was a fugitive and he had to call the police! He asked me if I would wait for them I told him I would call too the look 30-45 mins to show just so the police could call the credit card company I was devastated and embarrassed and because I didnt want to leave my credit card and ID with this fool I missed my hair appt and had to pay a cancelation fee with my stylist because he didnt want to call the card company to verify the details it just left a bad taste in my mouth to tell me I was a fugitive instead of saying my card declined was dishonest and shady at best. If u go pay cash because if the card declines you may go to jail.

Needed some last minute hair products on a Sunday so I googled the address and got in at 5:49 pm. As we walked in, the lady yelled, "Maam, we got 10 minutes left." I turned to her and replied, "hello, how are you doing." I told her I realized that there was 10 minutes till they closed and I sarcastically thanked her for her assistance. As Im rushing through to find the products I needed, the owner walks by without even a hello. At 5:55 the lights shut off and the owner yelled that there was 5 minutes till they closed. My daughter and I rushed to find some things in dim lighting. In the end, as we walked to the register we decided not to spend a penny in this store. Customer service is the worst, I wasted so much time driving here from Keller only because my local store closed at 5:00. Dont waste your money or time. I only gave it one star because there wasnt a zero star option.

I wish Black women especially would support Black owned businesses. Why continue spending big money in these stores with people who know absolutely nothing about our natural hair texture. They dont support black lives matter. They do not support anything in these black communities. All they care about is the negro dollar. Go to Beauty For You in Grand Prairie, Texas. Support your own people like they have no problem doing. Stop being a coon all your life.

HORRIBLE!... The other stores of theirs are actually good but this one is a JOKE!!!... Products on shelves are dusty and often expired!!... Especially their lotions. When they have a super sale on certain items its because its expired or damn near it... Also the staff is unfriendly here. Go to their other locations but not here!

Wack! They wanted me to buy a wig cap before I tried on a wig. In my eyes, I was going to buy a wig and the wig cap. I wasnt about to charge $1.00 on my credit card. Any other beauty supply lets me and the next beauty supply gave me one and I didnt even need to buy it. Glad I walked out of this one
