First off i have to say to the lady who wrote Devorah Bailey i was there that day you were shopping and trying on wigs i remember you well because of the fact your daughter was running around the store pulling wigs off the mannequins. As a parent myself i would never allow my child to behave in such a disrespectful manner when going out. Hunny i shop in El Paso a lot for wigs and extentions if i was the owner i would have kicked you out a long time ago. You had tried on many wigs and did not buy any, only to say you would think about it and then complained about the DOLLAR you had to pay to try on the wigs (when clearly you had tried on more then 3) you were there throwing a fit like you were your daughter having a tantrum. What kind of person does that, especially when there were signs all over the store indicating that. YOU are just using the internet to your advantage and i must say you are basically a hypocrite. I WAS THERE!! and i dont even know how the employee who was helping had that much patients because i would have kicked you and your child out (take control of your kids!!) Every time i have shopped there they have been nothing but more then helpful and I have been going for awhile since it opened. Myrna the employee is nothing but kind and generous and its people like you who think you can walk into any store and treat people like they are nothing....you are wrong and you need to learn some manners yourself. There are ways of going about situations and you did not handle it well, if you really did not see the sign you could have simply stated that, but you did not. Is you had Im pretty sure they would have worked with you. I love this store and it is a shame people like you leave leading remarks that are simply not true. I WAS THERE I REMEMBER YOUR FACE and how you were yelling at here so disrespectfully you my friend need to go back to school and get yourself and education because I dont know how a mother can act like that in public in front of her child. Your children are learning from you and from what i saw that day you are not doing a great job. Wigs Paradise is a great store and i love it there!!!!

I am a regular customer here and this store has by far the best customer service I have experienced. I am very disappointed at the recent review, I could never see this happening at the store and to me it sounds like all made up to get back at the store because they dont know how to act or read. Im sorry that the employees, possibly other customers, and most importantly your daughter had to experience that. I recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality hair at a good price and great customer service!

I dont like people yelling at my grandma and telling her she needs God . What store does that ? And I go to church every Sunday and Wednesday with my grandma and mom . And Im nine and have a phone so I can read all this and write this I wasnt running around the store . And I didnt try on any wigs till a lady that worked there said I could . So I had a bad visit I would tell people dont come here.

Vanessa gave the greatest customer service and was very helpful in offering to guide us through the store selection. They carry Remy, a variety of wig caps and all the latest hair supplies. Surprisingly they also have body jewelry. A minimum purchase of 10.00 via credit card is an expectation, so be sure to bring some change just in case.
