Jennys yall absolutely SUCK!!! yall need to close down like right now!!! They treat their customers like trash and they dont care about yall people who gave them 5 stars yall next on they abuse list!!! I went to Jennys today located in Dallas you will not believe what happened this ugly monkey looking girl that was checking me out and her attitude SUCKED the entire time! Out of no where she yelled at me telling me to go to another register and the dumb manager just stood there and watched her he didnt apologize or anything and he was RUDE!!! as well they watch you the whole time you shop like your stealing its so uncomfortable I hate when people treat you like that at Jennys they waist more time on watching and being rude than they do on providing great customer service I will never shop here again I dont care what they have or how big it is you can find all that same stuff some where else or online Im looking for great service not a big store I could care less about that DONT SHOP HERE THEY ARE THE WORST BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE IN DALLAS YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST IF YOU KEEP SHOPPING THERE YOU WILL FIND OUT VERY SOON!!!!!!!!!

They stole hair my sister came in with to exchange. sonething that should have been easy to clear up since she had just purchased the hair 3 hours earlier and they have video cameras ur everything was just explained away in their favor. They couldnt make out what she came in with but they should have seen by the time stamp she went straight to counter. All facts were turn to their favor. She came in with unpackaged hair and they claimed she took the sensor and package off trying to steal it. She tells them what register, person and time the hair was purchased and they claim they cant pull the receipts and they didnt remember her but why not look at that film also. Racist. That is why they jumped to one conclusion when a 16 year old black kid had an unopened, unsensored, bubble of hair with no receipt. They have all the proof that she bought the hair but because she cant find the receipt they stole hair from her that she used her entire six flags check to buy and that is not right

Poor customer service. I tried on a wig, got it home and realized the girl had given me the wrong wig. Now, yes, it was my fault for not double-checking, but it was her fault for bring me a different wig. Went back up there within the hour with the wig, asked if I could just have the wig I really wanted at half-price since I know they cant sell the other wig again (legally). She (lady in the back with the wigs) offered me the matted up display wig for half-price--really??? This whole thing wouldnt have happened if the employee had brought out the right wig in the first place. They took no responsibility in this honest mistake on my part and theirs. I have spend hundreds of dollars at their store. But they were willing to lose a customer over a $26 wig --thats just bad customer service.

Very very rude customer service and will rip you off black people stop going there they will take your money, they dont give a care about you. Bought 2 bags of Mirco hair cost 100 a bag well got home one bag was Mirco one bag was tracks I took back they just saw me buy hair but since I lost my recipe they would not accept I didnt want the money I just wanted to exchange so I bought another bag of micro hair another 100 dollars got home it was only a half a bag of hair. On package didnt say half of bag or nothing called the lady she tired to get an attitude trying to cut me off. I told her what happen she basically called me a lie and refuse to give me the rest of my hair. Enough is enough I will not go back there and give them my money will take my business elsewhere

Four products and good service I would recommend Jennys but as a workplace I would not they hired too many family members is too much drama behind the scenes which causes a lot of friction within the employee Ram its not good when they have someone whos been discipline for sexual harassment and fired or they leave but then they left them come back and not only that the family members that are there create uncomfortable space for the person that turn that relative in for sexual harassment HR there does not protect the employees because our information that HR has is leak down to every employee in the building everybody knows everybodys personal things thats going on in their personal lives from the HR from the department heads and from management

I dont care how much variety of things you may have in a store but when it comes to customer service, this store sucks miserable. I waited in the customer service line for a good minute before anybody acknowledged me. This one chick actually looked at me several times and didnt say how may i help you or give us one moment we will be with you. Her attitude showed that she didnt want to help or trying to help. She thought i was going to be difficult. All I wanted to do is exchange one bag hair number to the correct bag hair number. So customer service 1 on 1, dont assume because a 8 month pregnant woman got a bag in her hand that she is going to be a difficult customer. She might just make your day.

I recently purchased a front lace human wig for $200 from this location. I originally asked for a discount because the wig that I purchased was the display. The lady asked me did I want another wig that looked just like the original that I wanted but wouldnt sell it to me at the same price. I opted to take the display. Its been a week since I bought it...wore it once at a photo shoot. Took it out the box to wear it and noticed short hairs at the top....looked closer and deeper and a whole soft ball size patch has been cut. I called the store and they said that all wigs sales are final. She said "Its justa too bad!" Never again......

At jenny now and although it has a huge selection of products and reasonable prices, the customer service SUCKS. The Asian lady with the short hair who works at the hair counter is doing way to much. She does not listen and sends you in directions your not really looking to go. She is a horrible listener and does not pay attention. She needs to slow down and realize we are customera, not packets of hair to just throw back on the shelf. The worst part is I tell the manager and he dont even gave a damn. Wasnt even listening. They just need to hire more people. I give the amount of products 5 stars but the people 1

Bought a 70 dollar Chi straightener for 70 dollars on 12/12. Asked about return policy. Was told I need receipt and box not opened. Low and behold I didnt need it so tried to return it. They told me it has to be returned in 7 days so now I can exchange or get a store credit. I argued that it doesnt say it anywhere. Not in the store, not in the receipt. So now I have a 70 dollar straightener that I dont need. This place is good to buy small cheap items from, but will never purchase anything over 20 bucks here again.
