I was not impressed with the customer service at all. I ordered 5 photo calendars that are listed as (same day pick up) it said I would be able to pick them up at 4:15pm. I was going out of town, so needed to pick them up the time was that given to me..I called around 4:00pm to verify that they would be ready for pick up at 4:15 pm bc I live about 30 min away and have a toddler. So I didnt want to be sitting there waiting. The lady who I spoke with on the phone was very nice. She was also not the one in charge of the photo department. She told me to hold on while she got (Sue) the lady in charge of my calendars. I could hear Sue in the background (ugh seriously? This is ridiculous) it was extremely rude and unprofessional. Im not sorry for calling and checking in on something that is YOUR JOB. Turns out I cant even pick them up until 6:00pm. Dont advertise something that you cant t stay true to your word on...

I want to thank the ladies that work Sunday night on April 16th. I was needing to reload my credit card. And they are the only store in Evergreen that I could load my card at that time. On Sunday they close at 10 p.m. and I called them at 9:55 p.m. and they told me if I hurried I could get there in time. I got there at 10:05 p.m. and they stayed and waited for me to get there. So I was able to load my car and continue on with my night. Great place great people thank you very much.

This is the WORST pharmacy experience I have ever had. I watched 20 people receive their prescription and then Tom asks me my name after talking to me three times and then says oh! Your prescription is ready I think and pulls it out from a basket under about 20 of them, after I sat there for an hour. I will never go back there. Such rude people and horrible service!

Im giving a three because they were great with our Christmas cards, but dont go there for passport pictures. It was $13. + for two, so not thinking, I said to give me six. They charged another $26.00 for the additional four tiny pictures. What a rip! My daughter got about 20 at CVS in Boston for about ten dollars.

We have found the people very helpful and personable at this store. The pharmacy seems understaffed at times but they always have time to answer questions about medications.
