I took two Stil chain saws into the service center and one month latter they had no been touched and the service tech said he would have them done by 11am. We came to pick them up after driving 1.5 hours and they still had not been touched. This is a bad operation.

Ace has a surprising amount of hardware supplies and the staff are top notch; friendly, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable. Prices are a little more than the big box stores, but it is worth the extra money to have the help and service.
