After trying unsuccessfully for four days at another SW store to have a stain from a picture frame copied to use on kitchen cabinets, I gave up. Fortunately I then went to the SW in New Braunfels where Casey was able to create the perfect stain color for me! Thank you so much, Casey, and all the friendly folks at that store!

Complete bait and switch. Post signs on the windows that say 30% off and prices inside that say $38. Only when the ring it up it comes up as $54 plus the discount to equal $38. And Im sorry but their paint is not worth that much more than the paint you can get at any other store.

Not enough people working. I was second in line and was never even acknowledged. Waited for 10 minutes as person in front had more questions than I could believe and was asking for advice and color suggestions. I finally just left and went to Lowes where I was helped immediately.

I have been waiting in line for 15 minutes to buy a foam roller. They have 5 employees here just talking to one another and slowly meandering around. Dont come here unless you have a ton of time on your hands.
