WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I spent over an hour waiting on someone for service and they werr called more than 3 times and no one showed up..when they did they attened someone else and refused to believe we had been waiting for so long! Also went to PRO Service...worst! Both employees decided it was a great idea to leave early and there was no one to cover for them either. This was informed to me by yet another distressed customer who had also been waiting, yet when i asked someone to call for service they told me "it shouldnt take long i just saw them pass by on their way" ..id love to know if that way was their car because they never showed up. This is also not the first time the store has unreal terrible service ..ive yet to see the day i get any decent service from any of these stores!

Little agrivated that I been buying tools here every week, and because I didnt have a shopping cart, put the tool I was purchasing in a tool bag I was also purchasing. Right away, employee was following around. Went to pay, bought about 300 dollars worth of stuff. Lady in a register two lanes down had the balls too come check one little pocket on the bag to see if we were stealing. I guess Im willing to spend 300 dollars on tools but not on something as small that will fit into a small pocket. Strongly considering switching to Lowes.

Two young men in garden dept.did not follow thru to another dept. for the item I needed. It was however in the building dept. at the end of the store. I could not walk that far.. It weighed 100 lbs.. Found out it was on the top shelf IN the garden section after all.. It took a manager to climb.... I missed my at home connection for the off load.. Young people need to realize they need to be part of the solution.. Dont just say, Not my job, or not my dept. Thank you for asking.. Home Depot is my go to hardware store.

Customers need more attention something they sure dont have here. My brother and I where grabbing some thick playwood on the second level shelf and this worker that passed by didnt even bothered to ask if we needed help. As always they are on the fqing phone texting or talking. Home depot pay close attention to your workers.

Worst service ever! Nobody wants to help you. The employees get bothered when you ask them for help. I recommend that Home Depot improves their service like Lowes excellent staff. Lowes staff is excellent and Home Depot does not compare on how terrible and irreverent their service is. Worst Staff Assistance Ever!

Came to bring a load of pave stone.... have been waiting fer more than 2 hrs n still havent gotten unloaded..... LAZY WORKERS.... had to go to costumer service cause nobody answers the receiving door... even though I could see the person sitting about 10 feet from the door.... hope I never come here again....

The lumber department sucks I asked 3 different people to cut my boards waited more than 45 freaking mins and still nobody showed I asked the 4 time and get told I have to go buy the lumber then come back and they will cut it . How about I charge home depot for the time I lost

It seems all store have the same thing in common, VERY BAD SERVICE, , THE PROBLEM IS that THEIR MANAGERS ARE MEXICANS ASS LICKERS, THEY TEND TO TREAT THEIR OWN PEOPLE VERY BADLY.HOME DEPOT CONTINUES THIS ROUTE FOR SURE LOWES AND OTHER BUSINESS ARE WAY BETTER THAN HOME DEPOT.

No good tie down rope no one would help tie down rope would snap had to buy a bag of ready mix concrete for dead weight and they were quick to sell it to me but no one would help when I needed help with tie down rope my next shopping will be at Lowes.

Never again will I ever shop at this Home Depot. Their employees are very rude, and they hate to be bothered if you need any help, or even asking a simple question. Their customer service is horrific. Never again will I step foot in that store!!!!!

This is the 3rd time we go the to buy a christmas tree and every time we want to enter the store they close the door, saying theyre closing, this is 1hr and a half before closing time, nasty really nasty it seems they don want my money.

This place has THE WORST customer service. No one knows anything or where anything is. One of the employees even referred me to rio plumbing FOR A FAUCET HOSE. If you want to be treated like a valued customer shop elseware.

That morning crew is on point, very helpful. Staff is very friendly earlier in the morning. In the evening a whole different story no one ever helps you and if they do its with and attitude. 5 stars to that morning staff!

The staff is accommodating and helpful. Sometimes this store doesnt have the same inventory as other local Home Depot, so if youre looking for a specific item, it might be best to go to another store.

Its okay. Theyre real big on diy ,because when you need help locating items they obviously dont mind letting you do it yourself. Only if theyd have all registers as diy .
