Michaels is an absolutely awesome place to enjoy great cigars from the excellent selection in their humidor and the facility is top-notch. It is a great place to get some work done using the free WiFi while also relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The staff is great and customer satisfaction is obviously one of their strong points. I love this place! They are definitely #1 in my book!

Decent selection, prices are a little high. Everything seems well maintained with decent RH in walk in humidors. For some reason they always seem to be out of what Im looking for haha, but I usually find a stick or two that I havent tried before. If your buying boxes look elsewhere there quiet a bit more that online retailers and other local stores.

Disappointing... they sold me a cigar lighter with the promise of it having a "Lifetime Warrantee". When it quit working I was told "See if you can contact the manufacturer, maybe theyll replace it. Sorry I dont have the phone number". I will not shop there again.

This place is very good with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Cigars like My Father are almost always in stock and its a good place to watch the football game.
