Pretty good selection of cigars at very reasonable prices. Not everyone who works there knows much about cigars, but since much of their business is other tobacco products, I dont expect them to. If you know your stuff about cigars, you are good to go. If you need help, there is help to be found. And the help would be helpful if you are new to cigars or buying as a gift. The guy there knows whats going on, and there is a female who is learning the best way possible....by listening and actually smoking different cigars. The biggest downside for me is checkout. They have to look up the cigar and measure it to find the cash register code for pricing. If the cashier doesnt understand cigars, s/he can easily make mistakes regarding size and even brand. However, I am able to help them due to experience...and they are always receptive to the help. And if it helps keep the prices reasonable, the extra couple of minutes is more than a fair trade-off. And I get to talk about cigars....all part of the cigar shopping experience.
