I went to this store for the first time and spent nearly a hundred dollars on product to try their cigars. The counter help was clueless so Jose the owner came to help me. It was pleasant and I left. I smoked one of the cigars in a metal case I bought and it tasted terrible. So I got home and opened it and the cigars were infested with beetles literally tunneled throughout the cigars and in the box. I went back to the sore and confronted Jose and the clueless counter person. He said oh they have beetles do you want another box? Really what a buffoon. Anyone would have made this way right but this bozo. I dumped them on the counter and told him I will never go to this store again and be sure it will be posted all over the internet. If I had been on the other side of town I would have just went to Specs. Never had this happen before and these were out of his Humidor. This guy needs to be put out of business.

The owner is VERY helpful and kind. I went in to buy a gift for my uncle for Christmas and as a non-cigar smoking lady, I felt that the gentleman helping me was honest and not trying to get to just buy "whatevers expensive". After leaving, I felt confident in my purchase and that my uncle would like his cigars. SHOCKER: He loved them!

Best and largest premium cigar selection in town! The staff is also very knowledgeable about the cigars and make great recommendations, even for people like me who have been smoking cigars for over 20 years. Highly recommended for the curious / novice cigar smokers and the aficionado!

The guys are always gentlemen and the lovely lady is...well... a lady. Theyre all very welcoming, and make it feel like theyre actually glad youre there. Wonderful place. Not to mention they have the best prices on Nat Shermans in town.

Walk in humidor was very clean and organized with a great selection of cigars. Lounge area was very clean and large enough to sit back and enjoy a stick with some friends. A larger selection of lighters would be a nice touch though.
