I have only been to this place once and will be my last. The prices are outrageous for the first thing but I mightve even spent some money there if I hadnt of been treated like crap... As soon as I walked in I was carded because I didnt look 25, which is fine. But I was with my mother that definitely looks 25 she was carded also, but what makes the staff look bad is when my mother said "oh you are going to card me lol I look under 25?" the woman answered no its not you, its who youre with why Im carding you... Because I looked under 25 they card everyone with me? Including my 24 year old boyfriend that looks much older than that, but also I watched two young guys come in that couldnt even pass for 20 did not get carded at all... But to top it all off I was having a quiet private conversation with my mother about some of the pieces in the shop and the women working offered to escort me out of the store for calling a "water pipe" a bong, she specifically said that is a water pipe not bong...she was completely rude about everything... I understand trying to be hidden from the public as a head shop but there isnt no way to disguise all those marijuana leaves on everything, sorry but you cant play those off as flowers....

I dont usually write these but I had an interesting experience at this place! I walked in and got carded by a big blonde chick... Im not sure she even looked at me and noticed my greying hair and tattoos because she was looking at her phone heck I wasnt sure if she was even talking to me... so I walk around a little and she asks again, still looking at her phone so I go over to her and show her my ID. She glances at it, say thanks and smirks at me and goes back to her phone. Then a guy with dreadlocks finished checking out another customer and asked me what Im looking for. He was really helpful, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and got what I needed. I probably would have just left is it wasnt for him but I ended up walking out the door satisfied with my purchase and will probably be back, hopefully when that rude little girl isnt working.

First of all, they sell an item that is missing a part. I even asked specifically if all the parts were there. Driving way back to the store they claim their other worker is a "retard", and give me the part I need wrapped up in bubble wrap. Upon arriving home and opening it up, sure enough, their is a big crack in it. Likely damaged in shipping. I drive all the way back, and then they literally claimed that I broke the part, which is absurd and rude, and I had to argue with the owner to simply get what I paid for. Everything they sell is about half the price online, so I would suggest that, or their competitor in Arlington that does provide good customer service.

This Place is complete garbage. If i Could rate it zero stars I would. From the moment I walked in and asked about the vape products the employees look at each other with a smirk on their face. When I asked for some of the prices of the items they were twice as high as every other vape shop in town. Im not sure if the employees are high, rude, or just completely inconsiderate but if I was the owner I would lay off the hash and hire a real sales person that actually knows about the products they sell! I hope This store fails big time! Save your money people and go somewhere that appreciates your purchase, wack store!!!

We had shopped here for years and although the prices are the highest weve seen anywhere in the country we enloyed the service and little things they would do to take care of us. Now, under new policies, they have increased their already exorbitant pricing and have taken away the ability of the employees to take care of their customers. When we requested a call from the manger/owner to discuss our grievances as a long term customer, our call was never returned. Too bad. We now drive out of the way to a competitor, but we still save money and feel better principally about our purchases.

Ridiculously rude employees.... EVERYTIME. I have shopped there on many occasions and can honestly say that the owner would probably benefit more from just flushing his money down the toilet rather than paying these worthless negative goons-- the girls by far are the worst behaved and act put out by actually having to ring someone up or answer a question. They literally roll their eyes and sigh so they either dont know enough or dont care enough. To the owner: time to clean house and get rid of these useless lazy kids because they are killing your business.

This place has been great! I dont know what people are talking about! All the employees are nice and down to earth. One time the guy even stayed open while we ran to the ATM to get some cash. The prices are good for the QUALITY. Very good glass. I have gotten very good customer service. P.S. I see some people on here complained that they wont say prices through the phone..they really cant do that, theyre not being rude, its just policy. Other smoke shops are the same way as well as some other stores.

Went there just now on Apr-5-15. Guys named Drew and Matt (drew had dreads) were awesome!!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered help with what I was looking for. Both were very knowledgeable as well as professional. Just a down to earth atmosphere with great product selection. Only reason I didnt give it five was they were out of the certain jar I was looking for. But I will be making all my medical purchases from here. Thanks guys!

Well it all started with the sketchy black guy with the Jamaican hat not sure if he was just mute or maybe a little slow but none the less he was not helpful what so ever. Prices way too high guess they are trying to pay to get the Ac fixed due to a huge sign on the door thats states hurry in Ac not working well.

Beyond the best shop and Ive been to several hundred in several different states, the staffs unreal, they make sure at the end of the day you leave happy and your satisfied with what you purchased, they do way more then the most in making sure your a happy customer. Will be a full time customer forever.

Not a bad place, was in and out real quick. But the price of K2 Summit is outrageous! Its easily $20 more expensive here than it should be. Even though this place is super close and the people seem cool, we will be looking for a more reasonably priced smoke shop.

I have been in several times. All of the employees have always been very courteous and helpful. Prices were not any higher than any other smoke shop Ive been to, actually about the same and in some cases, a bit less. I will continue coming in. Thanks guys!

This place is piss poor for customer service nothing but lazy stoners. Also called to ask how much a can of butane was and they wouldnt tell me over the phone. This place is a joke go to Easys in keller way better prices.
