Bad service they got some light skin mexican who thinks he knows more than the customer manager is garbage and some other mexican lady that works there is worthless dosent know anything about anything they should get shut down by the city of irving for having the worst staff any pawn shop ive ever been too they laugh at ur face if u bring something they see no value in. horrible pawn shop dont go there at all you will regret it the staff is a joke.
