Stoped by to look at ring the guy at the jewelry counter was helpinh one lady. I stood there an waited for over 15mins for him to at least acknowledge that i2was there with a be with you in a sec! But no his ass finished with the other lady an just walked his ass off an said nothing. Went start messing with ladders in some other section never said anything so I left without purchasing anything! And I saw a few things I liked an would have gotten. So yall can thank you rude lack of customer service employees for lossing that sale!

I brought in a pistol and wasnt even asked how much I wanted. I get my gun is only worth about $500 I wasnt asking for much just a lil to get me by till the 15th aka payday but I wasnt offered anything just told sorry I wont do anything on this I took my gun to first cash and they offered me more than I needed Of course I didnt take it because thats more to pay back But Ill be taking my business there from now

I honestly wont go to any other pawn shop and I live in Plano. But more than willing to drive all the way here due to the service I receive!

Nothing had a pawn ticket . Pad the last fee 30 plus an extra 30 which brought my ticket to 150 due date on my ticket now Aug 2.went in July 14 two week they charged my 180.saying that as for that extra 30 dollar they dont know what they wanted my them to do with it but I cant get it back
