State Street Pawn was the unwitting buyer of several items of jewelry stolen from our home. When presented with descriptions of the items and the perpetrator, they selflessly poured through their inventory and records, locating five stolen items. They will take a loss on the items but their impressively ethical and honest efforts went beyond anything we would have expected. I bought my girlfriends ring from These Guys, Saved me $1000s and they even sized and welded it for free, After looking from Store to store I found there a small shop with friendly staff, and superior knowledge.. Eddie and Eric, the guys down at State Street pawn really know their craft. Guy coulda sold me the shirt of my back. But friendly too. Those guys really know how to generate a good customer service experience. Will most certainly be back in the store to see what they have on a more regular basis.
