called ahead of time this afternoon to make sure their open on new years eve and they said they closed at 530pm and for me to be there no later than 430pm as they would have to test the equipment I was bringing in and low and behold when I got there at 417 pm they were closed. I knocked on the door because there was a guy sitting behind the counter yet didnt even acknowledge me. I tried calling 3x and again no answer. How can you tell someone to be there no later than a certain time and than shut the doors before their even there. That is completely unprofessional.

On 3 seperate occasions when Ive had loans due this pawn shop has closed hours early without notice. And the only option they give you is to come in the very next day or lose youre stuff. But what if you work till 5, like I do, and already had to leave work early to get there when they decided to close early. This pawn shop deliberately does not keep their posted hours, in an attempt to swindle you out of your merchandise. Do not go here unless you want your stuff stolen by the seedy owners

poor customer service. they say they deal in coins, yet there are no coins anywhere in the shop. I came in at right at opening and because I was about the same age as two tweekers who were pawning some stuff at the counter, I was eyeballed the whole time like i was going to steal something. I didnt even know the other guys and was alone, yet I got a dirty look the entire time I was there. Not once was a word spoken to me or assistance offered. I left and will not return for any reason.

Ive visited numerous other Pawn Shops and this one by far has the best customer service and pays the highest in town for gold and silver. They answered all of my questions and got me thru the line as soon as possible. Cash Money Pawn was honest in their quotes on my gold, and also gave me great deals on electronics and other items I bought. I highly recommend them!

So rude. I knew what my gold was and what its worth before I went in and he tried to tell me the k value wasnt that high "because he has never seen pure gold before" and then gave me a quote of almost 200 less then current gold value. He was also mad that I didnt want to give him all of it at once to get a lump sum price. Dont waste your gas on the trip over!

I went in with several ounces of gold items to be checked out, we had so much i was making a line. Ill have to go back in and get it checked out but i was quoted 625 i thnk for 28.1 grams of 14K gold and 119 for some amount of 10K gold. I understand that i should be around 900 for that but, they too have to make their money. Good, very nice people too.

We have been to this shop a few times and they are always friendly and very informative. We did a lot of research on our gold and shopped around. They gave us the best price all the other shops tried to make excuses and low ball us. They walked us through what they were doing and we felt very well taken care of. I recommend to everyone.

I had one day left on my loan and i would have had to pay an addition 80 dollars to keep my jewelry but the owner didnt want to see me pay that much money just to renew my loan, so he payed it for me so i would save money. I obviously have to go back in and pay it back, but he definitly could have told me im screwed. Awesome service!

I found this place to be a very good experience. I brought in a 14kt gold chain and they gave me $130 for it. Dans Pawnshop up in Keizer only offered me $60 for it.
