I went in the store looking for low priced video games for my son, I didnt know what games he has or what games he would want. The staff member tried to help be decide what one to get but I didnt want to get one, get it home and he already have it, so I told him I would bring my son in to make the choice, he said that was a good idea. I started looking around and a different staff member entered the area, as I saw the purple gun for the first time. I had no idea they made them in different colors. I didnt think they were real but he assured me they were. He let me hold the purple one and didnt find it weird that I was so exited that it was purple. I didnt end up getting it that day and he was fine with that but he did tell me about it and the laws about owning one. The next day I went in and was helped by a different staff member, who was also very helpful. He and I joked with 2 male patrons that acted like it was scary that a woman was holding a gun. The next day I still had questions so I called in, the staff member was polite and very helpful. With all their information and talking to my coworkers and some friends I decided to go back the next day and get it. I enter the store and informed the staff member (Jared) that I wanted to purchase the purple 9mm Kahr. He went over and started the process. We had to take some finger prints and ended up having to do my left thump 8 or 9 times because my thump seems to be weird, it just was not coming out right. He and I joked about it and he needed his supervisor (Tony) to come over and see what one would work the best. When Jared sent the information into the state police it took about an hour or so for them to get back and say I was okay to sell this gun to. Jared, Tony and the other staff members were polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. As I was waiting for my back ground check to come back I had the opportunity to witness the staff not only interact with each other but with other customers as well. They all used great customer service skills. They all made my first gun buying experience a great one. non-stressful and fun. I would defiantly recommend this store for any purchase and I plan to return.

I like to wear makeup and lace and wigs sometimes. I made the mistake of dressing up and trying to get a loan for my electric guitar and amp at this place. At least I think that was the problem. The guy who assessed the value of my stuff was totally unfriendly, glaring at me through our entire interaction. My gear isnt real high quality and its dusty cos I havent played in a while, but its decent low-end equipment thats worth buying (I bought it in the first place, after all). They wouldnt offer me any money for my guitar first because it was missing a string, and after I said that Id replace the string, they wouldnt take it because it didnt have a case. Neither of these things was told to me in a helpful fashion. It felt a lot more like he really wanted me to take my business elsewhere. Which I did, to another place in Vancouver who were friendly and who gave me twice as much as the grouchy jerk at All That Glitters offered me. I rarely have to put up my belongings for a loan but Ill never do it here and Ill never buy anything from them either, but Im sure they dont want money from somebody like me anyway.

My husband had called before hand asking if they bought Xbox 360? An they said yes. We called before hand because we live really far from the location. We stated we would be coming in. Once we came in there was an extremely rude manager working her name is Laura! She was rude right off the back! Said she didnt take them an pushed it away that was it. We told her what her employees had said an she doesnt take it and didnt care. Terrible location! Have been in before to sell to them an they denied again. Nothing new! If you want your moneys worth or even money at all you better go some where else because this location is rude!!!!

Junk Queen

Twice now I have tried to go here and they had locked the doors 10 minutes before closing time. The second time it Happen I knocked loudly and the worker finally let me in. The blonde female manager informed me that I had to choose one of four items to deal with because they were going to close in 10 minutes. I had previously taken all four items to the 122 location and was given $1oo loan on each, this location trying to discourage me from doing the transaction they offered me $10 an item. Really???? When I asked her name so I could make a review she replied "we are closing soon so please leave". I will NEVER be back!!!!!

I am a musician and I recently purchased a guitar at all that glitters and I have to say for a pawn shop I got a very good deal on my guitar and not only that the service was first rate. This joker with the xbox review is an idiot, I delt wuth this manager there referring to and I found her to be a decent person, friendly and professional, I already have another guitar on layaway for a great price and this is a pawn shop were talking about, Ive delt with alot them over the years and this is by far the best deals Ive gotten at a pawn shop

This place gets five stars relative to similar businesses...Anyone reading this is probably aware that they are not going to be shopping at Nordstroms, right? The place was pretty clean, and organized well enough. What makes this place worthy of five stars is the staff. Pawn shops seem to have a reputation of surly staff. The big guy behind the counter...Aaron, I think...was very friendly and helpful. He pointed me in the right direction.

Love these guys!!! They put up with all my anoying antics and they still keep smiling. The store is always organized and clean. These guys are so great they offered me some of his lunch, of course i respectfully declined. Mario, Toni, Mr.Bruce are all great folks. You gotta stop in even if its justbto say hey. The prices are fair and they staff is strait forward and honest. Thanks for doing what you do!

I had the worst customer service experience there I came in, The guy did not greet me did not say one word to me and then when he was done dealing with another customer he walked away as if I wasnt standing there then the manager told him to come help me. The manager should not of had to of done that. Seeing how the man knew that I was standing there and he went out of his way to ignore me

The best pawn shop I have been in. The people who work here and great at their jobs. They are always friendly and give the best rates in town. Mario, Toni, Catie, and Stasia all helped me out when I needed the help and gave me a good and fair deal on my pawn. Will use them again and again in the future. The carry great product in the store at a fair price. NO junk here in this store.
