#IMAGE THE CLOTHING STORE MANAGEMENT IS A DISGRACE. I PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM IRVING MALL FROM IMAGE TWO DAYS PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING TO EXCHANGE THE UNWORN ITEM WHICH WAS A BLAZER FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE. UNFORTUNATELY THAT IMAGE DID NOT HAVE THAT ITEM IN SHOCK IN MY SIZE THEREFORE I ATTEMPTED TO EXCHANGE IT FOR A DIFFERENT BLAZER. WHEN I PURCHASED THE BLAZER FROM IRVING MALL IT WAS THE LAST ONE ON THE RACK AND IT DIDNT HAVE A TAG HOWEVER THEY HAD THE BLAZER ON ONE OF THE DISPLAY DOLLS N THE WINDOW HENCE THE REASON Y I STOPPED (IVE NEVER SHOPPED AT IMAGE B4 but THAT BLAZER CAUGHT MY EYE WHILE WALKING BY) THE CHECK OUT GIRL WENT N TOOK THE BLAZER OFF DISPLAY AND SCANNED IT SINCE THE ONE I WANTED TO BUY DIDNT HAVE A TAG. SO UPON MY ATTEMPT TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM AT THE IMAGE IN THIS MALL I HAD MY RECEIPT AND I PAID WITH CASH. THE MANAGER TOLD ME I COULDNT EXCHANGE IT WITHOUT A TAG AND TOLD ME TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE IMAGE I BOUGHT IT FROM I SAID THATS NOT CONVENIENT FOR ME AND THIS IS NOT STATED ANYWHERE IN YOUR STORE POLICY THAT I MUST DO THIS. SO SHE SAID WELL LET ME CALL OVER TO THAT STORE AND ASK IF THEY SOLD U THIS ITEM WITHOUT A TAG I SAID THANK YOU SHE MAKES A CALL AND STARTED SPEAKING IN CHINESE AND WALKED OFF FROM THE COUNTER AND STARTED FOLDING CLOTHES AROUND THE STORE AND STRAIGHTENING UP THINGS 5 MINUTES LATER SHE CAME BACK AND SAID AH YEA WE CANT EXCHANGE WITHOUT TAG. I STOOD THERE SHOCKED BY WHAT I JUST HEARD AND OBSERVED. THEN SHE SAID HERE YOU CAN TALK TO THE STORE MANAGER OVER THERE AND HANDED ME THE PHONE. THE OTHER LADY ON THE LINE WAS CHINESE AND SAID AH YEA HOW CAN I HELP YOU. (SHOCKED AGAIN) HOWEVER I PROCEEDED TO ENLIGHTEN HER. I HAD THE GIRL NAME WHO CHECKED ME OUT ON THE RECEIPT AND EVERYTHING. SHE SAID WELL LET ME RUN MY CAMERAS BACK TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED HERE I SAID THANNKKK YOUUU AND PROVIDED HER WITH THE TIME STAMPED ON THE RECEIPT AND DATE AND ONCE AGAIN THE GIRL NAME WHO CHECKED ME OUT AND TOLD HER WHAT I WAS WEARING THAT DAY.... SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES CAME BACK TO THE PHONE AND SAIDAH YEA MY CAMERA HASNT BEEN WORKING I GOT TO GET FOOTAGE FROM CORPORATE.#SHOCKED #AGAIN SO I SAID WELL WHAT ARE YALL GOING TO DO BECAUSE THIS IS A DISGRACE RIGHT NOW. I ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER THE LADY TOLD ME THEY DONT HAVE A CORPORATE AND SAID YOU CAN CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LAUGHED AND LEFT... #NEVERAGAIN #BOYCOTTIMAGE

I have been coming to this mall as long as I can remember. Good environment. Plenty of stores and kiosks. Many extra options like a Starbucks, play place for children, small merry-go-round and other seasonal features. The food court has Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese food options as well as Sonic, Chick-fil-A, and several others. There is also a candy store and cookie store nearby. There are several massage stations throughout the mall. The massages by the brook in the middle of the mall are wonderful and inexpensive. There is plenty of parking and also garages- all free. If the shop you are looking for isnt inside the mall youll find it in the acres of retail surrounding the mall, including the tire store. Tucked neatly into the corner of two freeways, this mall is only minutes from everywhere.

Was going to look for a Valentines day present for 2 little girls that that probably wont want a damn thing from me and if there mom was expecting something shed probably get one to and something you cant buy anyways gonna go to have something to do and enjoy my test seeing as how Im the only one at school seems like, would recommend you and your family do this together instead of sending a one guy show to do things like this but hey its ones first and the others fifth so Ill be damned if they dont get something if theres any objection

Great indoor mall w/ strong anchor stores: Nordstrom, Dillards, Macys, JC Penny, Sears, and Great little food court with good selection and always very clean w/ an open air atmosphere. Always a bonus: Dicks Sporting Goods. Tons of specialty shops along with all the well branded stores you would excpect. This place is well maintained and has a very secure feeling! Great family mall...something for everyone. Ih yeah Starbucks insiade by Macys! :-) Huge movie theater and good food places all around. Bring the family and enjoy your day.

North East Mall has upscale stores like Dillards, Macys, Nordstrom, and others Great stores like Dicks Sporting Goods, Forever 21, JCPenney, and Sears. In my opinion, the mall gone too upscale since 2001 (Saks Fifth Avenue opened its doors until 2004). But they do have excellent stores that i never heard of. If your goin to a wedding, Macys is a good place to look for dresses, if you want to look for something cool for your son, Sears, Dicks Sports and Nordstrom has great stuff.

Avoid Symphony Jewelers at Northeast Mall! The manager named Nash took advantage of my 81 year old mom. She went in looking for a $19.99 pendant for her granddaughter from Zales. They took her Zales ad and trashed it. They told her Zales was inferior and talked her into $8500 in ridiculous gifts on their credit card keeping her there for 3 hours. They refused to take back any of it, even the items ordered, citing No Refunds. Please pass this warning along.

They should call it North East Antique Mall. The quality and selection of this mall has declined so much like the singing career of Miley Cyrus. I really only go here if I have to, when I do it is overrun by un-parented, uncultured teenagers that think they own the place running around everywhere. The mall needs a desperate facelift to take it out of the 1970s and into the 21st century. Honestly, maintain some dignity and go to North Park or the Galleria.

Not a good experience I took my nine month old to the playground and the whole place smelled like urine the carpeting is all ripped up they definitely need to do some maintenance painting new carpeting before I will return other than that the mall was fine I used to come here six years ago with my son and everything was nice and clean they havent been any maintenance and 6 years it looks like I really hope they correct this so we can return

Nice mall to visit except do not get a haircut at Regis in the mall. They will turn your hair orange and then try to convince you that you like it. Went back and spoke with Meredith the manager. She treated me horrible and walked away in the middle of the conversation. Gripping as she walked away about me wanting it fixed. After paying $185.00 for a color . Will be telling everyone what a terrible hair salon.

The North East Mall is definitely a fun place to hang out on a Friday night. There are plenty of shops for everyone to find something they like. It is not overwhelmingly huge so you can walk the entire store in a few hours. I especially enjoyed Box Lunch and ThinkGeek. The food court was fairly small but the food was pretty good! There was a Philly cheese-stake place and a Teriyaki Grill that we tried and enjoyed.
