Little shops and restaurants, but too many beggars, druggies, and shady people coming up to your window, or hanging around waiting for "something". Doesnt matter of day or night. Avoid location if possible. These businesses have multiple locations nearby.

Has your basic quick stop shop needs like CVS Pharmacy, Dollar Tree, Sallys Beauty Supply, Bealls Department Store, a couple of loan companies, Little Caesars pizza, etc. Stores you can run in and run back out without having to stand in long lines.
