Beautiful high-end, solidly upper middle class shopping and lifestyle district. Safe, peaceful and clean. Parking can a nightmare sometimes on weekends when it is busy, but it never gets truly overwhelmingly crowded here. Dress comfortably, as its a sprawling complex. Once you park, you will be walking a while to get to anything. While the center is designed extremely well, it lacks the upscale housing above the shops which would create more of the illusion of a Downtown or urban lifestyle area. For now, its just wealthy older suburbanites in expensive SUVs with kids in tow out for the weekend shopping, going to the theatre or eating at the restaurants. A better example of this would be The Shops At Legacy in Plano, which is much more pedestrian friendly. Live music and special events are excellent. The open green spaces and park benches are great for relaxing, people watching and holding conversations over coffee. If you live in the Southlake, Keller, Westlake, Trophy Club, Colleyville or western Grapevine areas, this is a sure bet for a great shopping and family dining experience.

My coworkers and I just went to Thai Chilli and after the horrible experience were debating on whether they even deserved a tip! We waited 1.5 hours for our food and during the wait, our drinks werent even refilled! A person from another table nearby told us her party had been waiting for about as long. When the food did arrive, my vegetable Panang looked like a drippy sauce (with no vegetables or tofu), while the other members complained that theirs was spicier than they had ordered. The funny thing is, we had been to Thai Chili once before and waited a long time for our orders that day as well. But, since we all liked Thai and the location was convenient, we thought wed give it one more try. Never again. We will definitely not be going to this restaurant again.

Great place to spend time shopping and dining. This is almost like an out door mall, but has the look and feel more like an upgraded old downtown. Has a variety of options for food. They are a bit expensive, not all of them are worth the price, but if you do not mind the cost, you should enjoy the dining experience. Also lots of high end retailers are located here, so if you are looking to pamper yourself with luxury purchases you can definitely find something of your liking here. Also there area few small parks close by where you can relax after a lot of shopping or enjoying some real great food.

This place has great energy, great for aimless walking ir people watching. Ive met some pretty cool dogs and their owners here. Great selection of shopping from Brooks Brothers to Bath & Body Works; my favs are Soft Surroundings, Pottery Barn, Passport Office at City Hall, LOccitane, S-Bucks, Sephora, and Barnes & Noble. The Square is usually crowded during peak times and esp on weekends, but early morning coffee is tranquil (when its not hot). Parking can be a bear, but the parking garage is a life saver when its hot, if you can find a spot.

I visited the Genius Bar today, and I had read some terrible reviews. When I saw the long line outside, I got nervous. I knew the iPhone 6 was the cause for the long line, but I was directed inside to another line, even though I had made an appointment online. It went fast, and they had me talking to a rep quickly. Sarah was extremely nice and helpful. She gave me her card and told me to call her if I had any more problems. She also showed me exactly what she did to my phone. Great service!

This area doubles as a government center (municipal) and an outdoor mall. The layout makes for a great shopping experience and even provides ample free parking in their 2 parking garages. A large selection of shops surround the Southlake courthouse at the center, as well as restaurants and other businesses that provide various services. This is an upscale shopping area, so if you plan to shop here, be prepared to see price tags substantially higher than you would at a typical mall!

I love this place. It holds a lot of people, is clean, festive and feels safe. Handicap access is adequate. This place supports the hometown feel inside a large metroplex. I bring DFW visitors here for events, coffee, shopping, movies and just to sit or walk. Frequenting the Town Square is the epitome of supporting the home town and supporting the local stores! (Although there are national companies who occupy many of the shops here.) It is a great experience any time!

Its almost impossible to give Southlake Town Square anything less than a perfect five-star rating. The entertainment center offers a gorgeous fountain and outdoor lounge area and some amazing restaurant options like Brio and The Cheesecake Factory. On top of that, you have hard-to-find facilities such as the Apple Store and Vineyard Vines. With all of this and a well-priced movie theater to top it all off, the square earns a perfect score without question!

Southlake Town Square is a nice upscale outdoor mall area. There is a great variety in the shops located here and the area is very clean. Park once and walk, everything is really easy to get around to. There is a lot of parking in the parking garages if the street parking is full, but you can usually find parking close by to one of the stores you plan to visit. There are also some great restaurants here so give the food a try as well.

Love this place! Cozy and quaint shopping center with an open air atmosphere! The shops are all amazing...prime/upgraded clothing stores, 5 star food places, huge book store, movie theater, and a William Sonoma and (2) Starbucks...how can you go wrong with that! My wife and I have enjoyed many outdoor concerts...great family location. Well lit parking structure...just visit for fun! I dare you!

This was a very nice, upscale shopping area. Quite a walk but each time you enter a shop you really appreciate the air conditioning! Beautiful fountains, landscaping, and a park give ample photo opportunities. We ate at Mi Cocina and had a great experience, (see my review for specifics) there was a large variety of foods from burgers and shakes all the way up to nice sit down restaurants.

Nice stores but others around seem to have their noses high to others who dont look like one of the Southlake locals but that wont stop me from coming here. The Fossil store is particularly awesome. They replaced a bunch of watch batteries for my wifes watches free of charge as a Christmas gift to her. Thank you Fossil staff. 5 stars for you. 4 for the Southlake towns quart atmosphere.

I prefer this shopping center to any other. It is outdoor, which makes it so much better than being in a mall. The layout is wonderful. The stores are all great - Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, Anthropologie, Athleta, Gap, Banana Republic are among my favorites Plenty of parking. The only criticism I have is that there should be more covered walkways for inclement weather.

This shopping center has just about every store your would hope to find, including many you might not think of. Attached to occasional lamp posts are maps of the center to help you find your way if you get lost. When the weather is nice, the walk around the blocks is refreshing and enjoyable. Town centers such as this one are always a favorite shopping treat.
