My friend and I just visited Upscale for Less at Alliance Town Center and we are appalled by the service we received. We have never been treated so disrespectfully in our entire lives. We were simply trying on clothes and potentially buying multiple items just as we do at all other stores, when the owner or manager hit our dressing room doors and told us to be quiet. We were not being disruptive at all. We then decided that this not a store that we would like to purchase from due to the lack of hospitality. We then opened the door to find her snatching our clothes from us and checking them to insure no stolen items. One of the shirts were also mistakenly flipped inside out and she was unprofessional by throwing (literally) it back at us to reverse the shirt. After the fix she gave one of us the option on buying the items when the other one of us had no option on purchase. She then looked us up and down in disgust and pursed her lips when we stated we no longer wanted to buy anything (because of the disrespect). DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! We have never been so disappointed by the service (or lack thereof) that we received.

The good: Most stores are relatively new. The parking lots and roads also being relatively new are in good shape. The Bad: In short, often very over crowded. Traffic can be frustrating, and there is no actual walking areas. Basically, if you want to visit more than one store either you walk through traffic, or have to get in your car and drive through traffic. Most restaurants have a wait, which is fine except that the selection of stores and restaurants is overwhelmingly low to mid range in regards to quality. There are two "nice" corporate chain restaurants (Houlihans, and Mi Cocina) the rest is either fast food or low end eateries. There are a few high end stores, but most are along the line of JC Penny. Nothing against low-end/cost or fast food, but that is essentially all there is. The Ugly: The Kroger is at most ten years old, but the place is completely beat up... they just can not keep up with the traffic

Just about every store you could ever want packed into a ridiculously small space. This makes for a nightmare trying to get around, especially with the speed bumps, and finding parking near your store is something of a minor miracle. It truly is difficult to find your way around, even with GPS. Expect multiple trips before you understand exactly where it is you’re going. Once you figure out where you’re going expect multiple circles around the flight pattern before you’re able to find reasonable parking spot. That said nothing beats an outdoor mall the size of alliance town center. They literally have everything you could possibly want in terms of stores, services, and restaurants.

This is my favorite shopping area in Fort Worth Pros: * variety of stores * variety of restaurants * easy access to/from I35W Cons: * number of drivers that seem to think the STOP signs are optional * for those that DO observe the STOP signs, there seems to be a lack of understanding about who goes first * very poor planning when considering the number of needed parking spaces. During peak hours parking can be non-existent. * this area is in dire need of a true bar, not the overly abundant bar & grills where you have to deal with a place jammed full of diners and long waits for seating when all you desire is a drink, conversation, and maybe a baseball game in the background

Quite a bit of diversity, and although still new there are very few vacant spaces. Property grounds and architecture within and surrounding the area is tidy, well designed, clean, and meticulously maintained. Growth in the immediate area is extremely fast paced and local media has proclaimed it to soon be one of largest retail hubs in the nation. Location is equally accommodating for the booming population nearby, freeway access, and patrons who trek from across town. If what you need isnt here, theres an excellent chance it wont be far and this is a central/perfect place to start.

The next time youre hungry and you feel like driving through suburban hell, this is the SPOT! so poorly planned. I could walk from one end to the other faster than waiting thru random 3 way stops! But there is no walking paths so good luck not getting run over by Stacys mom in the overly pretentious & self important Nissan behemoth SUV. At least in southlake they have the common decency to buy a Porsche SUV before they run you over and act like its your fault. Southern hospitality died at the Basswood exit, & I-35 construction murdered it right in front of our children!

As a member you are charged on your card....but if it expires you get a notice. Good so far. But when I went in for adjustment just now and to give them my new card...they wanted to charge me walk in price....i said no way...I have hand and stone membership same need give new card to them and they are awesome....took info and gee I wasnt charged walk in I was actually still a member. Recommend hand and stone do NOT recommend the joint at alliance town center...our area is crawling with chiropracters im sure to find one who honors memberships when made.

Really nice shopping center with plenty of stores for all of your needs and with just as many restaurants to ensure you shop on a full stomach. Great location and very aesthetically pleasing. The design and landscaping in this area is all really nice. A nice state of the art movie theater is located here and with more stores and restaurants opening all the time, you really could spend all day here if that was your thing. Minus a star just for the heavy traffic and the difficulties with maneuvering through parts of the center.

Nice place, nice shops, huge selection of shops, clean -heavy traffic though, especially in the afternoon. Its hard to get around near Dress Barn and Zoes at that time. Depending on where you are, it is also hard to pull out onto the I-35 service road. I usually go down closer to the Kroger and pull out at the light. Also, if you have Sprint, youre going to lose service here. I dont know about other providers but most of the time when we did about service, if anyone says anything its, "You must have Sprint" and we no "yes".

I think my first comment to my daughter when she took me to Alliance Town Center was This shopping center is FANTASTIC! I want to LIVE HERE! (In the Fort Worth area, not in the shopping center). ; ) I found online maps to show all the stores, and was amazed by the variety. It appears to be growing all the time, and I cant wait to see whats next and how much bigger it gets when I visit again - (or MOVE here!) =)

A variety of shops and restaurants...but the layout is something to be desired. Not very well planned out. Driving through this area is not functional at all and painful and a little scary! The way the roads are designed is not very intuitive and people zip through the parking lot as if it were the highway! Would be a lot better if they had designed it similar to the Southlake Town Square area.

Alliance Town Center is always clean and safe. They have a very nice selection of retail stores and restaurants. When there are major traffic concerns they do a great job adjusting to the needs. The tree lighting event around Christmas prompted me to post this review. I just think its wonderful that they chose to have this free event open to the public. I love being a part of this community!
