I find this mall to be average. 3 stars, not due to glaringly negative issues, but simply because I find that this mall does not have a lot to offer in the way of uniqueness and variety. Fairly lackluster and unsuited to my needs. Born and raised Wacoan so Ive seen this mall all my life. It has 3 anchor stores (Dillards, Sears, and JC Penny) which I feel are essential for being at LEAST just below average. I come in seasonally (at least once a year) to actually peruse their special deals on clothing with the intent of purchasing something. Theres a handful of other clothing stores I almost never go to. Dining-wise, your best bets here are Chic-Fil-A, this Italian place next door to Chic-Fil-A that I hear is really good but I never eat there (I remember eating pizza there once and I think it was pretty good), or Subway. Other than that, I feel better off purchasing a majority of my goods and knick knacks online.

I didnt understand half of the stores that were in there of course I am old and dont go out that often I do like however that they have stores that you cant find anywhere else like Spencers Aeropostale and of course the candy shop my favorite place where I can screw up Pleasant childhood memories by trying to eat the candy I like back then and it tastes nothing like I remember butt they have so many other things that I love their hand-dipped chocolates its just great on the positive note they have massage chairs where you can stick a dollar in and where St get all the Kinks worked out before you keep walking on and in the open area were at the atrium is they have a lot of different things going on there where sometimes they have this trampoline it is a super high jumper where they have to be in a harness other times theyre small rides

Lots of popular retail shops in this mall and the overall atmosphere of the mall is exciting. You can get your picture with Santa here comma you can go trick-or-treating here the overall owner of the establishment seems to have an excellent sense of customer service and how to make the atmosphere Lively and enjoyable as you walk through the mall. As well it has some small attractions for the kiddos so bonus points for that.

During busy times in the summer the store A/Cs struggle keep it cool. There are some interesting people at this mall to say the least, but my fiance loves it so we go. In general the population here leaves the fitting rooms piled high with clothes theyve tried on and employees dont pick them up till the end of the day. The mall is realitvely clean and it is nice being inside while walking from store to store.

We went to this mall for eye glasses. I know they say (whomever "they" are?) that malls are going the way of the Dodo in the age of online shopping but this mall has plenty of easy parking and was clean and bright inside with range of retailers you would want or expect. Sure beats driving from one store to another or running back and forth to your car in the rain if you have time and want to peruse whats new.

Mall security is a joke and management is just as bad they never do face to face interaction with customers, they have an office but never anyone in it during business hours and the doors are always locked, its just there for show, their head of security can act like the baddest man alive to the senior citizens in the morning but tucks his tail on show release days and acts like he dont work there

Great place for families to shop at. This mail is all indoors with seasonal lighting. Many concerts have been held here such as The Rembrandts, Tiffany, Jessica Simpson, etc. Actors/actresses (both TV and movie) and car racers have also held events at this mall. Went to Dillards had make in cosmetic department I was looking forward to after I and friend going to concert the make over was more than terrible I looked awful I wanted her take the makeup off she would not take she insisted it look wonderful but I not blind I had to go to concert like this I was totally humiliated.

This mall is slowly coming back. A lot of the big name stores are getting a much needed freshening up! This will be the go to place for back to school this fall. I know outdoor malls are the *new rage* but as a mother of two an indoor mall is so much easier plus in this Texas heat who doesnt love air conditioning!

Overall pretty good mall. I am from a bigger city so this mall is entry level. I like that its not heavily dense with people (at least the two times that Ive gone). It does have the common stores like American Eagle, Champs, H&M, Holister, ect. I was actually surprised to see that Waco has good mall.

Theyre certain stores I wish we had at the small but I understand cuz the economy of Waco... It would be nice to have a movie theater in there again... Or a video arcade thats actually worth playing video games... And a better security because the people who work there really dont give a s***.

I worked on the mall for almost 8 years. I was there when the mall flourished and the economy was great. Now, its nothing more than a shell of what it once was. The Richland Mall will probably suffer the same fate as the Lake Air Mall did back in the 90s. Its sad, but its just not the same.

Its not the best but its not the worst either. It doesnt have near as many popular stores as the larger malls, but it has the basics (Dillards, Sears, JCPenney, Victorias Secret, Sunglass Hut, Bath and Body Works, Charlotte Russè, Bealls, Buckle, American Eagle, Hollister, Aéropostale)

When you dont allow me to carry my legally owned, concealed carry permitted firearm into your declining mall, I dont need to go there anymore and basically be a fish in a barrel. Anything you got, I want, I can get online.

Stores closing down, they have rules and dont enforce them i.e. clothing rules. Cant even get to my favorite stores there because they are doing construction to try and being a big name store in but its a dying mall.

Whats wrong with the a/c?? Seriously this is Texas people. Id love to see more stores. I think the mall could use a face-lift. Id love to see more community events happen there. Make the mall a fun place to go.

It has 2 major stores that I like. JC Penny and Sears. There are lots more but it did loose Montgomery Wards a long time ago. It has dwindled some since the other Mall came in not too far away.

Very disappointed in how this mall handles businsses. 1 store not only violates several mall rules but also discriminates and several other stores seems to not care about their customers.
