I bought two drons in the store "TOYS EXPRESS" for my son an my nephew and the next day the two drons was broken because the battery comes out every time the dron fell to the floor. So I went for my waranty and the skin head guy (hwo attend) toll me that there was nothi g to do, because the kids was broken intencionally ????? Hellowwwwww they loved the drons in the right time that I give them. So the sking head guy went to the jewerly that is in front of his store an tell to an "Hindu" guy, what was happened, that guy insult me and my father (that is with me) an say: if you dont go from here I will call the mall security. Then I dont have any waranty for my purchase, I mean was 100 box droped to the trash. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

If you are visiting Harlingen and really need to go to a mall, then this is your only choice. My review is based on the fact that I live in the area and can travel to any mall. I honestly dont know how this place is still in business. The only reason I go here is because it is the only mall in the RGV that has music record store. The express for men is also one of the cleanest in the RGV. The food court options are abysmal. Overall, Harlingen is not known for their retail.

This mall needs to get good stores in here asap. Too empty, feels old, desperately needs a facelift like the McAllen mall, perhaps if they renovated and put good food in the food corts people may come by. It feels like your stepping into the past as you enter and just dont get interested. I tend to walk around the mall just to see whats around and more than half the time i notice a "new" store is closing >.<

The renovation gave it a nice facelift... but it continues to struggle to attract actual retail stores, which leaves a lot of depressing empty spots that have been vacant for years. Really only good for a walk, a visit to Gamestop & JCPenney, and short a drive to the Chic-fil-A in the parking lot (which wisely moved outside after being in the food court for years).

Quaint mall, needs lots of updating, but, quaint nonetheless. The people in Harlingen Texas are ever-so nice! Everywhere we visited (Restaurants/Hotel Staff/Valle Vista Mall/HEB/Walmart) we were treated nicely! I told my husband I want to move to Harlingen!! We just simply loved it! Thank you Harlingen for treating us well! We shall return very soon!!

Old, smelly and empty. I use to love going here as a kid, this mall is run down minimum stores opened and outdated everything. It is so sad how they let it go. The food court is dirty and the food choice is very limited. It is hard to write a bad review but if youve been here youll agree.

I really like the comfort in shopping at this mall because there arent many shoppers. The wait line for all stores are very short and it still manages to have some big name stores. The food court is great too.

This is a nice place to go for an indoor walk. Its quiet. Stores seem to have friendly staff. Lots of parking. Good location. Diverse food court options. My only complaint would be about the restrooms.

Love it. Not too busy and everyone is very nice. Great food court. Check out the smoothies. We left the mall and turned around to get a second. T-Mobile workers are the bomb.

Depressing. Food court looks like a parking garage. Theres a lot of knick knack stores. Try to park by the specific store you want. Theres nothing in there worth walking for.

Mall gets crowded on the weekends. Has movie theater inside and a great selection of food at the food court. Also has a Mac inside Dillards. What more do you need?
