I went shopping for my wedding dress in October and Rosa was awesome. I explained to her what I envisioned and she went right to the rack and pulled one dress. It was perfect. That was the only dress I tried on. I immediately ordered it. When I got home and looked at the pictures we had taken, I noticed that the corset was open too far for my own comfort. I went in and made a size change. Rosa told me it was no problem. We then had 2 family members pass within a month and decided to postpone the wedding indefinitely. I called Rosa and she offered to put it on layaway and store it until we could reset the date. I made several trips (45 miles each way) to make payments and stay in contact. I was called on several occasions and told my dress was in and to come get it by other employees; again, having to explain to each one what was happening. On my second to last payment, I spoke with Rosa and confirmed the dress was there, the right size, and ready to be taken. I told her I would be back in a few weeks to take it home. She assured me that it WAS there and that it WAS the correct size. But when I came back to get it, the TORN AND STAINED FLOOR SAMPLE WAS BAGGED WITH MY NAME ON IT....IN THE SMALLER SIZE! When I asked where MY dress was, I was informed that THAT was my dress. During the argument, the consultant told me that I had paid the floor sample price ($299 for a ripped and stained gown with a lot of missing beading) and that it WAS MINE. I tried on that dress in the beginning, but my receipt reflected the price of a NEW one, plus a $50 ordering fee, taxes, and a layaway fee. And it was way more than $299! There WAS NO WAY I was taking home a dress in that shape. After 30 minutes of arguing and searching and me being put into another floor sample of the same dress...4 sizes too big....torn and stained...I HAD HAD IT! My solution was that they find MY dress from the designer (not another floor sample from another store) or I wanted a similar dress by a different designer and I didnt care if they lost money on the switch. I ended up leaving it at that and going home. Today, a week later, they miraculously found MY dress or found another at the designer. When I went to get it, it was wrapped in a thin plastic cover, like from the cleaners. When I inquired about a zippered dress bag I was told that they cost $20. Are you kidding me???? For the hell you put me through it should have been properly wrapped and tied with a bow with a free veil!!! All I wanted was it properly hung! They have great customer service while you are shopping and they are trying so hard to please you to make a sale.........but pray there isnt any issue or youll be treated like public enemy #1!

The most HORRIBLE experience EVER with this shop! I was living out of town attending grad school, but getting married in my home town (Houston). For starters, my sales person was dumber than a box of rocks, and she told me that my dress was also made by another designer for about $400 cheaper- when on a tight budget, thats important. She tells me the dresses are exactly the same- but didnt have it in store to show me- well the dress was, but the back was missing all the details I loved! Second, when I received a call from my BM telling me that my dress was in- they couldnt get a hold of me- not that I think they really tried- nor did they contact my mother who was the second contact for my dress. They called about a month after it came in- when I was actually in town on Spring Break, so I had to make an extra trip (850 mile trip) back home for a fitting. When my mother comes to get the dress 2 days later, they had LOST the dress! They called her 3 days later telling her they found the dress. My mother paid in FULL for the dress. I come in town, get fitted, pay for the alterations up front. Then I call a week ahead of time to make sure the dress will be ready for my bridal portraits- I get the run around several times about this. I get into town, call them again, stating that I need the dress by 10 am the next morning for my bridal portraits- the lady actually asked me if I needed my wedding dress for this! Really? Do I need my dress for my BRIDAL PORTRAITS?? Yes, yes I did. The lady tells me I need to come in for a second fitting. I get there, and they have done NOTHING but rip out the hem of my dress! They end up locking me in the store (well because it was close to closing time and they had to get home to watch American Idol) with the extremely nice seamstress- who tells me that she asked repeatedly to start on the dress, but they said I hadnt finished paying for it, and it was on the Lay-away rack. I ended up coming back the next morning, as I didnt want to wait an hour for the seamstress to finish steaming my dress. The only bright side of this was the seamstress was very nice. We also got the BM dresses there, because we had a 30% off coupon- a lot of good that did- the prices were still really high with the coupon. Unless you are picking up the dress off the rack DONT GO HERE! If you need to order your dress- go somewhere else- it will save you a lot of headache in the future.

I got my wedding dress here that I absolutely love! I needed some alterations to be done and my mom and I told Ms. T EVERYTHING that we wanted done on the dress. She said she could fix everything that we pointed out and she started hemming the alterations. She gave us a quote to what we thought was to everything we pointed out, but it was only for some things idk why?... and we took the paper to the front desk. The girl at the front said that the alterations couldnt start until we have paid the whole balance OF THE ALTERATIONS. So I come back a couple weeks later when I had money to pay off the alterations and I told the girl at the front that I was coming to pay for the alterations and I told her everything that was being fixed. She then told me that I was informed wrong that the alterations couldnt start until I paid off THE WHOLE DRESS AMOUNT because I had it on layaway.. so having 3 months before my wedding I was like thats fine I still have time. So I finally paid my dress off a month before my wedding. Ms. T makes me try on the dress she fixed some things and then says shes gonna start doing the length of the dress and itll be an additional $160. At this point my mom and I had it. We had paid off the dress that was a lot of money and on top of that we had to pay more for the alterations? Why couldnt the girl tell me at the front that only some things were being fixed not everything I asked?.. or why couldnt Ms. T tell us she was only fixing some things?.. nothing made sense honestly.. I gave it two stars one start because I loved my dress and another star because they reduced the payment of the alterations they failed to inform us of. Buyer beware!! Make sure you ask questions and that you understand what theyre telling you. They are known to not be clear with things. Bad costumer service
