Hi ladies, I am from New Mexico, and unfoutunately fell in love with a dress when I was visiting family in Tulsa. This dress has been a total nightmare!!! I ordered it from the Bridal Palace, and when my dress came in, they did my alterations. They charged me 400.00, and did not even do what they promised. My dress was incredibly tight, and short when I got it back, and they did not do a good job sewing my bra cups in or sewing the ribbon on the front and back of my dress. I went back to OK a few weeks ago to have them fix it. They told me I have gained 2 inches all over my body and have grown taller, since their last measurements! I have not gained a pound!! They told me they would fix it and to come back the next day. When I returned my dress was way too big, and they got mad at me and told me that I was the one who said to let it out... Then they proceed to say that this dress actually cannot be strapless, like they originally told me and that I would have to wear straps... My wedding is in 30 days, and it still does not fit. I have spent over 2000.00 on this dress and it has benn the biggest nightmare ever!! Please do not waste your time and money at the Bridal Palace!! Also, while I was there getting my dress "fixed" There were 2 other girls trying to get theirs fixed as well!

Hello ladies, just to let you know this place is horrible! I am in the market for a wedding dress and was sent to this shop for some ungodly reason. " it had to be a joke" I walked in wand was not received very well at all. I should have turned around and walked out right then. I explained to the ladies what I was looking for and showed them some pictures of my ideas. The owner looked at one photo and told me I should go to Davids Bridal and purchase the dress in the picture. She didnt even offer to show me some of the possiblities they could offer. I felt as if my money eas no good in their shop. So DO NOT even waste your time and gas stopping by. You will be treated rudely and be very put off. So do not rattle your nerves more than needed. Just go to Davids Bridal the owner is gonna send you there anyway, so bypass the fustration.

Bridal Palace has been an amazing shopping experience when it came down to find the perfect dress for all my high school dances. when I walk in there I feel like I am at home, they are so friendly and nice and always want to help you and make sure you look the best and find exactly what you want. I love that bridal palace is a one stop shop, I always get my jewelry, shoes and everything all at one time and even if my dress needs to be altered they get it done and ready whenever you need it, even if it was last minute. I just got engaged and now cant wait to shop for my wedding dress. they are by far the best in town from the quality and style of dresses to the kind, hard working staff.

This place needs to go out of business. The owner is a total hag. They dont allow photos to be taken or reveal dress names or designers and they blame it on the designers which is a total shameful lie. They lie about what you can get in your dress budget, (they said I cant get lace for under 2k). Thank u very much, my lace designer gown was under $1600 and I tried on 12 lace dresses in the $900-$1200 range at other boutiques. They ignore emails, dont return phone calls, and just treat ppl like utter crap. How do they get business? Just read these reviews! Do not waste ur time. Go somewhere, ANYWHERE else!

I was looking for a particular designer. I went to a store and was treated horribly. We found that Bridal Palace carried the designer We went into the store and I was treated like a princess. The ladies there were so sweet. They didnt actually carry the dress I wanted so what I did was I found the dress in town, tried it on at the other store and then ordered it at Bridal Palace. They altered the dress and had the accessories and my dress was ready in 2 days. They are fabulous!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

The best bridal shop we visited. The staff was wonderful, we just told them about what we wanted and they found it for me. What a great experience, the atmosphere was relaxing and their dresses were fabulous, They had the best selection ever, designer lace and fabulous fit for the body. they understand what we asked them about and most of all we trusted them to find my dress. It was a fabulous experience. I do thank you bridal Palace and recommend you for all the brides. Very satisfied Bride

The lie about when your dress / tux will be in.. you call the day its supposed to be there and they act as if they never told you that day and make you wait longer. they have a great selection but the customer service is lame to say the least. The bridesmaid dresses were all ordered a size larger. Upon ordering them, i was told that alterations were free if anything was wrong. we brought this to their attention and they said they never do free alterations and its $40 per dress. Wont be back.

Dont go visit the store unless you are a size 10 or smaller. The saleslady told me that they only carry size 8 or 10. As a size 14 woman, I cant very well squeeeeeeze into a size 10 and expect to see how a dress would look on me. Alyssas had a great selection up to size 20, Davids Bridal had dresses up to size 26+ and Alfred Angelo tells me they go up to size 30. I was disappointed.

This was the absolute worst place I stopped to try and find a dress!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!! We walked in and all of the ladies just looked at us like we were crazy, no one bothered to greet us. After we finally got some assistance the woman was rude because we asked for a 14. Hello, not every bride is a little stick figure! Some of us have curves.

The older man has a strong personality. He looks serious when he doing his work. And he doesnt like a lot of questions. It seems like the lady with the eyeliner it intimidated by him. The lady was very helpful which was nice. Ill be going back to start my dress payments
