Worst experience EVER for any store. Lily (the only positive part of this experience) helped me with a mother of the bride dress. I ordered this dress 6/3 and paid extra for delivery by 7/3. I called on 7/5 for update on my dress and no one knew where the dress was (no tracking number and "probably still overseas but well contact our corporate company so they can help and that will take 48 hours") Im speaking to Gabrielle the manager through this whole ordeal. I called again 2 days later. Still no information. I recommended they find a dress at any Alfred Angelo in the country. They cant. 2 weeks later, my dress miraculously shows up. Its a factory second (theres a horizontal wrinkle across the chest and the alterations cant fix it). They offer me a sample dress (with a stain on it that needs major alterations for 25% off) Im desperate so I take it. Monica is the alterations personnel. I pick it up 1 1/2 weeks before the wedding on 8/22 (approximately 9 weeks after ordering it express shipment and the soonest they can get me a dress.....any dress, not the one I ordered). The dress is ruined. The hem is uneven and the lining underneath is showing below the dress and also uneven, the side seams are puckered, the buttons are crooked, the pleats in the front are not even, the zipper is gaping, theres a rip on the shoulder (and more). I ask for my money back. They say they dont know how much they owe me and will have to call the district manager and cant tell me when they can call me back. 3 days later, I call. I have to return to the store for a refund. They try to short me $35. I stood my ground and recovered all my money but this is at least 6 hours of my life that I will never get back! Do NOT shop here..........(horrible)!!

I ordered my dress and viel in August of 2016 because I knew it would take a while for it to arrive and I was busy with college (Wedding is in July of 2017). I recieved my dress in December and absolutely LOVE it. I didnt take my viel out of the bag until late April of 2017 because I thought I could trust it would be just as perfect as my dress. However that was far from the truth. They ordered the WRONG viel. The viel I ordered was white this one was a nasty yellow color and a FAR different style. I had not even tried a viel of this style or color on. They argued with me that I had mistold the stylist and this was my fault and then tried to charge me the $20 difference for their fault. The managers attitude was absolutely horrible. After getting this horrific flaw fixed I went to get my dress steamed and minor fixes done. I dropped of my dress on Wednesday like the alteration lady suggested and went to pick it up Thursday right before she left. The staff had forgotten to tell her I dropped it off the previous day and they had to do it while I was there. If I had not arrived before she left I would not have had my dress taken care of before my wedding. She was very apologetic and seemed appalled that it had been there all day. Once again, the manager said its fixed now so whats the problem. No sort of Im sorry we messed up, again. Long story short dont go here unless you want to waste all your time and have management that does not care.

I went in a couple of weeks ago intending only to look for Bridesmaid dresses. I had weight loss surgery a couple of months ago so I had no intentions of looking for a dress until the very last minute...Which can make some people cringe when they hear Im getting married at the end of January. Well, we looked through the bridesmaid dresses and found some really nice ones. There was a particular one that looked good on all of the girls so we were excited to be able to make a decision that day. My awesome bridal consultant Erika came around the corner asking me if I wanted to try on any wedding dresses...which kind of made me go into "deer in headlights" mode. I totally didnt plan on doing this at all...but I went ahead and tried on like 3 or 4 that I circled in their catalog. I found the dress of my DREAMS. It was one of the dresses I had been eyeing on their website for a while but never really put much thought into it. I cant believe I went into this store looking for just bridesmaid dresses...and I found those PLUS my wedding dress! AND they were having a sale! It was ridiculously awesome. Im so thankful for people like Erika and her manager for being so kind and helpful. If I hadnt got my dress that day, I probably wouldve been royally screwed in the long run. I cant say thank you enough! So excited since I just found out today my dress is en route to the store...I get to try it on soon! yay :)

My wedding is only 3 weeks away and due to unforeseen circumstances, this was my first weekend to go dress shopping. We are having a small, simple wedding at a winery so I knew I didnt want the big huge dress but I also knew finding something that would be ready in 3 weeks would be a task. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease! Alexis was my consultant and she was AMAZING!!! All the women who worked there were so nice and helpful. They asked me what my budget was, what I like, didnt like, etc. They pulled 5 or 6 dresses that were beautiful. She was honest with me, comforting, and extremely professional but still felt like she wasnt trying to just sell me a dress. Even when she had her appointment arrive, she made sure someone else was there to help me try on my remaining dresses (which by the 3rd dress I knew it was THE ONE). It needed alterations and they told me they couldnt finish them in time so they called the tailor that is in the same center for me to make sure they were still open (at this point it was pouring down rain) and they were so we ran over there, they confirmed they could do the alterations in time, and we ran back and said YES TO THE DRESS!! Its perfect for me and my venue and I felt like everything fell into place. THANK YOU SO MUCH ALEXIS!!!! YOU ARE AN ANGEL!!!!!

Theres a lady names Tenisha working there. She didnt seem very happy at all. I went in as a walk in. At first she said there wasnt anything available until 4 pm. It was only 11:30. So I just asked is there anyway we can just try on the dress without help, and she said no that she would help. It was me and my maid of honor: I had my child with me. She asked me if he was my brother. I replied in a kindly manner and said, "no he is my son." She replied with an attitude and said, "wow, you dont look like youre old enough to have a kid that old, you dont look like you should have a kid at all." Okay I understand that yes I am young. Im 22 and had my child at 17, but really do you have to be that unprofessional? I just wish she would have been a lot nicer. I have 7 bridesmaids. All of which are purchasing their dresses from that store. Honestly if it wasnt for one of the girls who already purchased their dress, I would definitely change the dress and change the place. Its sad that one person can ruin so much. Thankfully I did meet a lady named Lily before I met this lady. She is very nice and helpful. Next time If I have to go I will be asking for her. If it wasnt for her I wouldnt be going back at all.
