I cant say enough great things about Facchianos and the ladies who work there. I went to Facchianos first because Id heard that not only are the dresses beautiful, the staff is amazing and makes the whole experience really special. I couldnt agree with that assessment more. I tried on dresses at Facchianos and wanted to check out what else was out there, so I made rounds all over town. I met some very helpful and lovely people and tried on some gorgeous dresses, but nothing really felt "right." I went back to Facchianos (with more perspective) and ultimately found THE dress...It was one Id looked at on my first visit but hadnt tried for whatever reason. (So funny how that works!) My stylist made me feel so special and I could tell she was genuinely thrilled for me! I even hugged her when I bought my dress! Ive since gotten to know other ladies who work there too, and I feel like theyve become friends who are all genuinely excited about my wedding day. They even remember some of my friends who got their dresses at Facchianos years ago...and ask about them by name. So sweet and thoughtful. And they offer great tips, advice, and other services (like wedding day coordination, dress delivery, etc.) that other places dont. They have dresses at many price points, which is appreciated if youre on a budget. They made me, my mom, and my friends who came with me all feel so comfortable. You never feel rushed and are always made to feel as special as any bride should. I highly recommend Facchianos to any bride looking for the perfect dress and that perfect moment when you realize its the one. :)

I am a tad late on this review as I bought my dress from Facchianos in 2014 and got married in the summer of 2015 but I HAVE to recommend this store. I came in with 7 people which I am sure is overwhelming having that many people in the somewhat small seating area. I cannot remember the name of my consultant but everyone who works here is dedicated to helping you find the dress of your dreams. I consider myself very lucky that this was my first stop because I ended up finding my dress and cancelling my other appointments. I can honestly say that I got to experience that perfect wedding dress moment. I tried on a dress that I did not think I would like and saw how great I looked in it and came out to my friends and family. We all mulled it over and felt like something was missing. My consultant then came over with a gorgeous beaded belt and placed it on my dress. My friends and family started to tear up and when she put on a veil I lost it too. It was the perfect moment and can honestly say one of the top 3 moments of my life. ( The other two: Getting engaged and then Married!) Facchianos is a great place with great people and I never once had a problem from picking my dress to alterations they are great to work with! Wish I could give you more stars!! Facchianos was my first bridal appointment on my list of 5 over the course of the weekend. I was in town to wedding dress shop with my mom and sister and really wanted to find a dress before I headed back home to Colorado. Jennifer listened to what I liked and helped me find dresses to try on that were within my budget. I saw some other dresses that were out of my price range and she wouldnt even let me try them on, which I SO appreciated. It felt like she was respecting me and was confident that she could find exactly what I wanted in my price range. She made everyone feel comfortable and her dress selection was fabulous! I ended up falling in love with the third dress I tried on. It was even UNDER my budget! I went to my other two appointments that day, but nothing compared and no other bridal associate cared like she did. At one place in particular I felt very pressured to buy a dress that day and I was being put into gowns OVER my budget, which just put a bad taste in my mouth. Going back to Jennifer at Facchianos felt like going back home. I couldnt wait to say yes to the dress!! And I got my veil for 20% off since I purchased it the same day as my dress. I cannot stress how great my experience was at Facchianos. I originally became aware of Facchianos when I bought a bridesmaid dress for a family members wedding a few years back. Of course, when it was my turn to get married, I headed straight to Facchianos to find my own dress. Tara did an amazing job letting me take my time walking through the store. She let me pick as many dresses as I liked, and was incredibly patient. She then aided me through the process, by really listening to what it is I wanted, and then pulling dresses she thought would work with my body type. I had not planned on falling in love with a dress that day, but ended up buying one! Kay even let me come back the next weekend to show my close family members. Since buying my dress, Ive purchased bridesmaid dresses from other bridal stores in Tulsa. My experiences have been less than desirable. I couldnt help but feel like these other stores were trying to nickel and dime me, without letting me ask questions. Ive never felt anything but special at Facchianos. They do an amazing job of celebrating you and your special day. Ill definitely be returning to purchase my bridesmaid dresses from them!

Facchianos is an AMAZING bridal store! There is a very good reason whey they were voted Best in the World! When I first walked in, I couldnt help to fall in love with so many of the dresses they had. The store is absolutely beautiful, and impeccably clean! The customer service there is above the rest, making you feel like the most important and incredible bride in world! Cassandra and my princess daughter helped me find the perfect dress! (Maggie Sottero Priscilla!) Although I know they are no longer doing alterations (I was her last lucky bride to get them done there!) Jennifer helped me with my alterations, made me feel beautiful, (I can honestly say, I RARELY feel that way! I am extremely self conscious with my body, and am starting getting older! Eek!) and me feel like a princess every girls dreams of being! I couldnt feel more blessed with my whole experience! All the staff were extremely helpful, and very very kind! If you go here, you will realize for yourself that this store is nothing short of phenominal! You will have an experience of a life time! Thank you so much Jennifer and Cassandra! You ladies are the best!

I chose Facchianos for the tuxedos for my wedding, for myself and my groomsmen. Im glad I did. Ive done business with most of the major formal wear outfits in the Tulsa area, and not to knock those other businesses, but why I would do business with Facchianos again (and recommend them highly) is based on what I appreciate most about them: their attention to detail, the quality, and their courtesy. They didnt try to steer me in one direction or another - they listened to what I told them, and I got precisely what I wanted. Their measurements were precise and their service was fast. Not only was I satisfied, I was impressed - and that includes the quality of the tuxedos, the shoes, everything! Then there was my brides dress. Absolutely stunning! If there were a way to rate 6 stars, I would. Thank you, Facchianos, for making our special day extra special!
