In January, I found the dress I wanted at Now & Forever. My wedding wasnt until June, but they told me I HAD to order within one week or they couldn’t have the dress ready in time. In April, I got a call that the dress was ready. Mr. Vo had ordered the dress as a rush order on accident (with no cost to me). I tried on the dress, and it was 1 ¾” too small. He said that alterations would fix this and measured me again. Three weeks later, I got a call that I needed to come in to be re-measured; the dressmaker will be making me another dress because they could not alter the other one. At this point it was 30 days out from my wedding date, and I was uncertain if the dress would ever fit. I went in to get re-measured. I questioned his measurements since the last time they were not right; this was maybe what set him off. Two weeks later, I went in to try on my new dress. It was over an inch too big everywhere. At this point my confidence was shot. The reaction I got from Mr. Vo was that it was my fault that the dress did not fit. Can you believe this? As if I had any intention other than buying a wedding dress that fit me perfectly! What is worse is that even after he had brought me to tears, he continued to argue that if I hadn’t questioned his measurements at the last meeting the dress would have been right. It seems Mr. Vo is too proud to admit fault. He continued to argue it was my fault even after I was unabashedly crying. He also said that he dropped the designer because they messed up the measurements in the first place. (I am pretty sure Now and Forever lost a lot of money on my dress and that their mistake resulted in the designer dropping them.) I pleaded with him to make the dress right and to make this a happy experience- since this was my wedding after all. Later, I decided that I would take the dress elsewhere for alterations because I just didn’t want to deal with Mr. Vo again. He not only made it difficult for my wedding coordinator to pick up the dress on my behalf, but he gave me my petticoat insert separately - raw, cut up material in a bag. The alterations place had to purchase additional fabric and sew in the petticoat. Mr. Vo refused to cover any portion of alterations fees, which were initially included in the cost of the dress. Overall, Mr. Vo felt the customer was wrong because I messed up the measurements. I don’t know how to get measured, I let the person doing the measurements figure that out. All I did was find the wedding dress I wanted, purchase it, and trust Now & Forever Bridal to order the right size and alter it to fit me appropriately. This was the worst customer service I have ever had- I wish I had found the dress I wanted at a different store. I urge you not to risk your wedding joy by going there. Go anywhere else.

After spending the weekend with my Mom and sister trying on a slew of dresses that all kind of looked the same to me, my last stop was Now and Forever Bridal Boutique. Parking was easy in the shared structure to the east of the shop. Kim and Vo greeted me and discussed my taste and budget. I had been eyeing Hayley Paige gowns, and the first one I tried on there was just butter -- amazing! Unique, fun, different -- but still feminine. Kim and Vo made sure my sister and Mom were taken care of -- we had some sparkling wine to sip on while I tried on dresses. I did try on a few other dresses just to see, but the first one Vo had in mind was just the one -- no competition! What was extremely generous was they offered me trunk show pricing even though I came in after their trunk show had just ended. Vo also showed me a veil that matched elements of my dress perfectly that he had found on a recent trip to New York. I received a nice thank you card after the purchase, and the most amazing thing was a month later Vo and Kim hosted the designer, Miss Hayley Paige, at their shop and held a gorgeous reception with looks from her latest season, drinks, appetizers and string music! It was obvious Kim and Vo have a strong relationship with Hayley.

Worst service ever. We got bridesmaid dresses there, and the dresses arrived badly creased and didnt fit to the extent that the dress was basically going to have to be remade. They refused to take responsibility for the fact that neither dress fit and one was defective (plus, they admitted they had the exact issues with this dressmaker before and did not give this information to us). Plus, we were lectured and belittled, and essentially made to feel that it was our fault. Their measurements were INCHES off and even though they had claimed the dresses are tailored to your body, they are simply made from a dress pattern, which means if you arent the same size on top and bottom, the dress wont fit. You might as well go somewhere less expensive since you are getting off the rack dresses and the customer service will only be good if everything goes perfectly and you act as though they have given you a gift by allowing you into their store.

I am getting married next month. Both my cousin and I have had the pleasure of working with Now and Forever for our weddings. Please please please do not let the 24 year old bride who posted before me deter you from working with Now and Forever. I would recommend these folks to any bride!!! However, I would say that you need to take the time to call Mr. Vo and make an appointment because the boutique does get busy, especially on the weekend. You cant just stroll in and browse through wedding gowns online. Your not the queen. Your a bride. Do your homework first and be responsible. Mr. Vo will take excellent care of you and your bridesmaids. He is always available by phone and email. They will make sure that you and your bridal party look absolutely amazing! He knows how to find you what your looking for and recommend what will look just absolutely stunning on you, so give them a call!!!

I was very disappointed and insulted by the entire experience. It was my first appointment to try on wedding dresses and I gave them a starting budget of $3,000 but my mom and I reassured them that we were open to a higher price if I found a dress I loved. They were very rushy and impatient with the dresses I wanted to try on and wouldnt let me try on dresses that they said were out of my budget (which were not.) They would also not stop pushing me to buy a sample dress and offered it at half price but I wasnt completely certain on the dress which very obviously annoyed them. They continued to pressure me to buy it and didnt let me try on any other dresses and proceeded to ignore us the rest of the time we were there.

Life savers! I had my dream dress but it was ruined one week before my wedding. It turned yellow and the cleaners torched the material. My friend called Vo at Now and Forever. He got me in the next day, before the store opened. I gave him my budget and preferences for a dress. We found a style that matched everything I described. It was way over budget. He fixed it to fit my budget and had it altered from a 10 to a 6 in ONE WEEK! The dress was perfect! He did such an amazing job! I wish I went there to begin with. He was amazing to work with!!!!!
