It was not clean. It was extremely dusty. The shelves were nearly empty and there were boxes everywhere. This place is not a supermarket. It is an indoor food truck. The food must be delicious because there were at least 18 people sitting at a long high-school cafeteria table enjoying their meal and 6 others in line placing an order to go. There were roasted Ducks hanging in the window. I can say the whole setup caught me off guard. I had come there to do some shopping to get the ingredients I needed to make miso soup. Not a place I plan on returning. But if you like Vietnamese food you might want to try it. I dont know . . . . .

You cant get this much delicious food for $6 anywhere else. Their lunch special comes with two meats, a vegetable, and rice. You can also ask for double veggies instead of the rice which I do from time to time. If you dine in you get free hot tea which definitely helps with their super spicey, yet deliciously satisfying sauce they put on. Ive had the roast pork, the bbq pork, and the roast duck. The duck is great but fatty and you have to deal with bones. You cant go wrong with a plate of both types of pork. Beware the delicious crispy skin!

Fast friendly service. The food here is FRESH!!! I literally saw a guy off to the side prepping a box load of soil still on it bok choy to cook. I had tripe, chicken, bok choy and steamed white rice. Add a bottle of blueberry aloe and the total was under nine dollars. No cup at the counter begging for tips either. I left fat and happy. And they have the big box of Pocky at the counter! Not the little boxes you get from Wally World.

Ordered a whole pig for a birthday celebration. We all agreed it was super delicious. The skin was crispy, meat - well seasoned, and there was also some awesome sticky bits. We asked for it to be cut and laid flat. It was beautiful and it made it so simple to serve as well as storing leftovers. I would highly recommend this place for the pig..especially since its conveniently located inside the loop.

Best roasted duck/pork in town! Been coming here for over 8 years now and the quality of the food is nothing short of pure deliciousness! As one of the last relics from Houstons old chinatown, the Long Sing continues to thrive despite the areas new wave of gentrification.

Only place near downtown with Chinese barbeque. Their roasted duck is great, some say the best in Houston! Place is old/dirty and not much in the way of groceries. Come here to eat lunch.

Not much of a grocery selection(they have shin ramen which is what I came for) but the lunch place they have: HOLY MOLY! Some of the best Asian BBQ Ive ever had. And its only 7 bucks!

Theres a supermarket but I never shop here. I only go here for lunch! Roasted duck, pig, etc. Delicious!!! Gotta try. $7 a box. Enough food for lunch.
