Essentially, this is a straight up Mexican food market. Great carnecia (meat market) where they cut their meat off the carcass. Lots of to-go foods, carnitas, chincharron, the selection is huge! Fresh breads, tortillas, theres a taqueria thats really good. Lots of dried chili and spices, big assortment of Mexican cheeses. This is like being down in Mexico, or Houston. Great place for real Mexican products. I used to go there a lot, but Im a good cook, so I cook some of the same foods. Heres a secret.....they sell grill ready marinated meats....pork, chicken, beef.....seriously good stuff. This is full bore Mexican food. Some of it is crazy hot for gringo tongues. Me? Not so much, but then I aint fixing to eat a raw habenero either. Ill shoot some pics the next time I go. Super One carries some of the same stuff. If you go, be aware that they sell every part of the pig....from the snout to the tail. These folks know how to eat, no doubt about it. Same for the beef as well. The flavors are more intense than American meats.....not sure why. Thats why the taqueria is so good. Fresh meat off the carcass.

Meat market is amazingly stocked, fresh cuts and pleanty of them. I needed 20 t bones last minute and I just walked in and got them. Cheaper than any other I have found in town. Only draw back for me is my spanish is limited so I usually have to wait for an english speaker to help me. I dont hold that against the market, if you want the best we all have to face challenges.

Nice store, it has things you cant find anywhere else. Customer service at the checkout is awful. Rude cashiers. Never speak to you, do not hand you the groceries, when they are finished checking you out they turn around to talk to the other cashiers, never say thanks for shopping. Someone needs to teach them how to treat customers.

We live in Victoria Tx we drive to Tyler to buy our meat this is the best store fresh meat great customer service . We wish there was one here . The ones they have here the meat look like it has a disease. For high price I dont mind making trips to shop here . Love your store .

The service is poor the women have a horrible atitude on the meat Deparment went you try to address the issue with the manager is send you a regular employee and tell me to go to the main store and tell them... really. And the tamales they are nasty. Never again stop there

Love to stop and get tortillas that are fresh made. Practical place to practice Spanish. I love how they advertise 2X MSG in some of their products. Always a good laugh for a health nut. Much better store that the other similar stores in town.

Great fajita meat. Dressed & maranated. Pico de Gallo made fresh every day. Flour tortillas are the best, hot off the grill and buttery coat. Prices great. Fajita meat/ lb is half price compared to other meat markets in town. Love it.
