I wish I could give a rating for various aspects of this store. I had made up my mind to order a very plain $900 dress from another company, when I drove past Impressions Bridal and opted to stop and look around. Im so glad I did, because literally as I walked in the door, I saw MY dress. It was gorgeous, lots of beading, but not tacky and over done. I tried it on without looking at the price. I was afraid of falling in love with something I couldnt afford, but the young lady helping me informed me my dress was on sale, for half price practically. I couldnt believe it! I bought everything on sale: my dress, my blusher, my veil, and an impulse buy of a hair comb all for $804! The manager even helped make sure my dress was ready early, as it had to be ordered from their warehouse. I almost always dealt with the same woman, who was just a dream to work with, always so sweet and kind. However, the man who began my alterations, he quit right before he competed my dress. Impression found another person to complete the alterations, and thankfully this womans idea for a bustle was much better than the first recommended bustle. Anyhow, I would rate their alterations 4, not because the first guy quit, but because the woman who took over for him, she cut the bottom decoration of my gown off, despite me specifically telling her not to. I would rather have had my dress be a tiny bit too long than have the design cut off! Anyhow, the only person who worked there that I felt was kind of snooty was the assistant manager. She was never less than polite, but something about her was just not nearly as friendly. I dont know if I can make that statement come across correctly, but she was getting married the day after I was, and she just seemed to act as though her wedding was so much better - without knowing anything about my wedding, except for the dress. Hey, maybe her wedding was better, but I was paying for the wedding dress of my dreams, and I expected to be treated as such. Over all, I would still rate customer service with a 4.5, because everyone else there was exceptional. Their selection was top-notch, let me tell you! I would rate their selection with 5 -stars. Over all, I have no complaints at all. Oh, Im rating them 18 months post facto. I forgot to rate them before now. I only remembered today because my husband and I had a house fire. Get this, the bag my dress came in, it took a beating, but my dress was fine, sans smoke damage. A professional cleaning later, and my dress looks almost as good as it did the day I picked it up from the store. Oh, and about that bag...I called the store location asking if I could purchase a second bag from them. I explained how well the bag kept the soot off my dress, and they said it wouldnt be a problem for me to pick up another one. I have nothing but praise for that business! I am sorry others arent as pleased, but I hope each person will give them a chance, and just use your own judgment. If you feel any place is treating you poorly, dont be afraid to talk to a manager. I took my little sister here to look for a prom dress. Let me start off by saying our stylist, Whitney, was AWESOME! We like to search through all the dresses and pick everything that wed like to try on before going to the dressing room instead of making trips back and forth. Whitney was constantly coming by to check on us and grabbing dresses from my hands to take to our dressing room so we were able to sort through all of their beautiful gowns. Before we began digging, she asked all the necessary questions so she could get an idea of dresses we were instrested in such and color, fit, neckline, and style likes and dislikes. We went somewhere else the previous day and the stylist asked some of the same questions but clearly either didnt care and chose what he liked best or wasnt educated in common fashion terminology. Whitney however went to school for fashion so I knew we were in great hands. Since prom is right around the corner its was pretty busy when we went. They have a main area with a platform and mirrors where quit a few dressing rooms are surrounding it. There were a lot of people in that area when we were ready to start trying on so Whitney decided to take us to a more private area where my sister could try on her dresses in peace. We were EXTREMELY grateful for that since it was pretty crowded in the main area. She truly made our experience great with her sweet and extremely helpful personality. When my sister would come out of the dressing room needing a zip, Whitney wouldnt even hesitate and would go straight to her to help her out without her asking for it. She was just super attentive and we were so thankful we were assigned to her! There are so many great things I can say about our experience with Whitney but this review might turn into a book! Outside of her, the gowns here are gorgeous! The bead work, embroidery, materials, etc. on these dresses look very high-end and anything but cheap, however they are very reasonably priced when it comes to prom dresses.

BUYER BEWARE! I WISH that I would have read the reviews before purchasing my bridesmaids dress here. I (on their behalf) wasnt able to make the fitting, and gave them my measurements over the phone. Trusting the stylist to make the accurate choice in dress size for me with these measurements, I had no inkling to question her any further (BIG mistake!!).Few weeks later we pick up our dresses.... I have a size 16w dress on my hands (Im a 12), no surprise Im swimming in this dress!! Another bridesmaids dress is slightly larger than she had hoped and the other bridesmaid (only after arguing with the stylist over the phone, because the stylist kept persisting to give her a 12 when she is an 8...she was giving them a size 8 measurement the whole time), her dress fits like a glove. She happened to read the reviews and knew their potential. After expressing my unhappiness over my situation we went over the measurements I had originally gave our stylist. All were accurate, except for the waist..my fault. Still, how can you get a 16 out of the rest of the measurements or why not ask me what my normal dress size is if you had such conflicting measurements?! Now I have less than 2 weeks to find someone to help take in this dress and the stylist has an "oh well" attitude. Wonder if the ordering sizes up scam is part of their training? $160+ dress will now cost me, well, more than it should and more than Id like. Learn from my mistake people, INSIST on your correct size or shop else where.

I was looking for a dress that I found on pintrest and I knew that only Impression Bridal sold the designer dress. I showed Stephanie the picture and she immediately knew what designer and dress I wanted. She allowed me to try the dress and even gave me other options to try on. She was very patient and kind when I wanted to try on numerous dresses. She never once get impatient or annoyed with me. I came back to the store asked for Stephanie specifically. She greeted me with a smile and knew who I was AND remembered the dresses I tried and the ones l liked. She didnt even have to go to the computer to remember! AWESOME! So also helped me design my dress that I am going to be wearing on my big day. I wanted an attached train but the one I originally saw was 3000. That was not including the dress. But Ms. Stephanie gave me an idea on how to do my own attached train and it was beautiful and it went along perfectly with the dress I picked out!! I could not be happier. But I still didnt make up my mind. I went back one more time. Tried on dresses again and ALL that. Ms. Stephanie was patient and kind and I told her that I really liked the option me and her came up with and that was the dress I really wanted. She was very happy with making sure I was going to be happy on my day. Not just trying to make a sale, but ensuring my happiness!! That is why I love her. If I were to get married 100 times, I would only want Stephanie to help me.! Seriously!!
