I went to make a return and the sales respresentative who was there didnt know the process to make a return. He send me to another store or to come another day because he said he was new on the job and he was trying to call the manager and the manager never pick up the phone! Thats absurd.! I recommend to teach your people all the process neccesary to satisfice the inquires from the Customers I put 1 X because we cannot choose less than 1 but Im very disappointed with the treatment that I received in this specific store.

This store has an amazing stock and selection of regular and specialty batteries at very good prices. I brought in my disassembled battery pack for my laptop and within 10 minutes they soldered in one new NiMH cell and repaired the other small damage from my disassembly. Spent $10 and now I have a fully functional battery for my laptop again, much cheaper than the cost of a replacement pack from the computer manufacturer.
