I received a great price for a Rolex, had a diamond fall out after a day and they addressed it immediately. The other reviews are a little unfair. People need to remember that this is a pawn shop! Not a discount store or your credit card. First of all this is a business, they are there to help people in a pinch and the loan value is based on their ability to sell the item should you default and not just recover their money but to also pay their bills Purchase values are based on the time honored tradition of bartering, so ignore the marked price. If you go in with that idea and keep your attitude in check at any pawn shop you will have much better pricing results. Remember if you are rude to them they have no reason to provide you with the best deal! This is a pawn shop and not your credit card, your credit is your valuables. If they held items base on the promises they get, nothing would ever get dropped, sold and they would be out of business. Remember most people use pawn shops because they have destroyed their credit. You may be one of the few people that is true to their word, but frankly how would they know. Pay your loan on time!

I looked at the other reviews and people act like this is supposed to be some sort of friendly neighborhood discount store where you can finally afford that rolex youve been eyeballing in the galleria mall. Lol its a pawn shop! And while the staff is actually very friendly and professional, this isnt a place that you should expect to be able to go in to and have a department store style experience. And if you get a loan here...make your payments on time and you will have no problems...duh!

I have lived in the 77077 area code for over 10 years and I decided to go inside this store. I found some items and guy goes on the back of the store and comes back and he removed the original price and placed a higher price. He told me that is the way it is....never going back. I will tell my neighbors about the poor service at this location. There are plenty of pawn shops in Houston were one will not get treated this way. I hope this business goes under.

Would never go back to this pawn shop. Manager and all employees will scam you for the lowest price. Every time I go in I get the bad service and have to wait when there waking around, crackhead price for my stuff. So I just go down the street to get the best deal. I will never go back

the guys there are great. Understanding and give fair value for the trade. Remember going in that youre not gonna get resale value, but you will get something. Also very flexible on loans and a great selection of tool and fishing gear. for local pawn, there isnt any better.

OUT OF THE STATE AND CANNOT GET TO PAWN SHOP DUE TO ICE ON ROADS... AN EMPLOYEE REFUSES TO HOLD MY ITEMS FOUR DAYS UNTIL I CAN PHYSICALLY MAKE IT TO THE STORE TO GET THEM OUT. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO LOSE YOUR ITEM(S)
