Seriously who think they have bad customer service? I have been to practically every other pawn shop, including Cash America Pawn at other location, but this place is the only place that none of the employees treat me like im desperately begging for favors. Super friendly,nice and helpful staffs. The only one different is the Manager because she doesnt seem to smile much. But believe me, she STILL does her job and tries her best to accommodate you within her abilities. Great place and will be the only pawn shop i do business with

The absolute worst customer service ever. The so-called manager, Monica, I think that is her name, was so inept, she wasnt able to perform a proper gold scratch test. Took my 18K necklace to Pawn One, jewelry passed the gold test with flying colors, as I knew it would, and was treated with the utmost respect. Will never frequent that store or any other Cash America for that matter.

They are horrible. As pawn services im sure they are out for the money. But this place has no care for customer service. And lies on ads and gives out false pricing online and through the phone.
