My wife went in to pick up the items we had on hold in store. When she got there Daniel one of the employees explained that she could not pick it up because there was a gun involved. The person that dropped it off had to pick it up. Ok no problem. Completely understandable. She asks what time they close. They say 7. I rushed after getting off of work to get there before 7. We walk in and give them our pick up slip. They then tell us that we had to be there 30 minutes before they close to pick up guns because if they get put on hold with the back ground check they have to stay open late. It was 6:38. So my wife asks why did they not mention it when she was there earlier. Daniel the same employee from the first visit very rudely replies how am I supposed to know you would be back 20 minutes before we close. What a JERK! Obviously if someone tried to pick up something and cant then asks what time you close how can you not connect the dots. Even if she had not asked its still a good idea to inform a person of any other details associated with the situation. And its not really what he said but more the attitude with which he said it that really pissed me off. There are way to many of these places around to have to deal with this garbage. So after I get my stuff tomorrow I definitely wont be back.

Second time coming here first time I got a gear watch and Tony helped me out. Had issues with the strap but ending working around it. The watch was 140 but gave me a deal for 100 bucks. Second time back spoke with Tony came in to just get a controller for my Xbox one but they gave me hell of a deal with a revolver .38 special. Great guys will work with yall in any need.

I walked in looking for some tools but to my surprise prices are very pessimist. For example dewalt at home depot with warranty and brand new $199.00 This place used drill and missing parts $249.00 Offer up or Craigslist $150.00 I stayed only for 3 min and walked out .

They had some cool stuff. Prices were weird. They were selling a violin for $499.00, it was missing the fret board, which is a key part (get it). Some used instruments were being sold at new value.

This is my go to Pawn shop. I have done buisness here regularly for 8+ years. The staff is always polite, and I have never been treated unfairly, which I know is a worry for some people.
