Came in with a flat screen TV and a digital camera that was inside my purse - both in fine working condition with charger, remote, battery, everything included with their original packaging.. but before I could even show her the items - a woman with short-ish grey hair appearing in her 50-somethings - took one look at me and said "Oh... yeah Im not interested in anything you have today, sorry." This was before I even set the TV on the counter or showed her the other item I had brought in. I tried to tell her that I had something else I would like her to look at but before I could even finish my sentence she shook her head at me. I look young for my age, have a nose piercing and colored hair. Because of my physical attributes and personal style this woman decided I had nothing good to offer the store, or that I was not worthy of receiving any help from them - not even an inspection of my items. I felt very, very disrespected as I saw items on their shelves that were in far older and worse condition than the items I tried to bring in. I only wish I had gotten her name and had the self-confidence to defend myself. I left the store crying. Very poor customer service, along with judgement.

Horrible Liars that will say anything to get you to come back no matter what! I was told last night 5 minutes before they closed they were offering free PS3 with any TV purchase over $100. I asked if I came back today would the sale still be good? I was told they had plenty of stock and until this stock was depleted it was going to be going on. I got there earlier this evening the same amount of TVs were still there and the same amount of PS3s but the sale is not good during the week now????? I have dealt with pawn shops for years on many many occasions for purchases. I actually quit going to this particular one a few years ago because of the same type of thing. Looks like they still have not changed!

It is true the manager is a horrible women. She is very disrespectful and she will always talk about you behind your back even when you have been nice the entire time. She even scratched something that i got with the scissors and didnt even apologize. After that i never went back. I would rather drive the extra 5 minutes to the one on Spring Cypress. They at least are more friendlier and it definetly is worth going there. Never again will i go to the one at rayford. Never

If you want overpriced guns go here . The quickest way to see how bad a place is price gouging look at their cheapest manufactured weapons for example a Mosin Nagant. Not only was everything over priced already but seriously how are you going to sell a hundred and thirty dollar rifle for 300 dollars by the way the so-called gun expert and for me that it was also missing parts but still with a price tag for $300. Garbage.

Guy on the phone wouldnt help me out with my stolen ring and tell me if someone has tried to turn in a wedding ring over the past couple of hours. What a prick.. The Kats Guitars Pawn Shop on 45 had me email him a picture and would put the picture in the front if someone tried to get cash for it they would take it and call me. EZPAWN what a joke you guys should be ashamed of yourselves you are heartless!

pretty good prices on guitars and amps... they have this policy where the price goes down a little more each month, which is cool... but they dont loan very much money compared to other pawn shops... like i took a 2012 48" 3D Vizio TV in there and they only gave me like $50. but its a good shop to buy things, like movies and tools.

They sell the apple 1 series for 250 but only wanna pay 95 on a loan for the 2 seriess. what a rip off I know they wanna get they money back but damn . I was told by Maria I could get $200 if I had everything just to unpair it thats what I did to be told $95 dont waste my time I could have went somewhere else

The employees are wonderful, but when it comes to Russ the store manager, complete jerk. Talks to customers horribly. I will never buy or sell anything there again. Russ you need to learn some customer service skills or find a new job.

They have great items with little to no damage to buy. The employees and store manager Russ are super helpful and friendly. Whenever I do stop by I am always greeted with a smile. Will refer my friends and family to this location.

They have the inventory but price things as retail. Its a pawn shop a second hand store price things as so. For the price they ask if save getting new with a warranty an I can return.
