i went into this location looking for a decent car stereo and possibly an amp. I had 3 basic requirements. Bluetooth, HD radio and be a good quality brand. when I walked in I was greeted by a Latin female staff member. I described to her my simple requirements and she struggled with basic knowledge about what they had in stock. Not that big of a deal, I have Google on my phone. But in the middle of her showing me items, she blatantly starts flirting with another patron in Spanish and leaves me standing at the counter doing her job for her. luckily there was a younger gentleman in there more than willing to show me the items they had to suit my needs. didnt find a stereo I liked, but he salvaged the visit and I ended up buying an amp from them. had I only dealt with the male staff member, I would give at least 4 stars. he pulled everything they had that was close or I asked about and even researched a couple of things I decided against. All while remaining pleasant. His female coworker could learn a few things from him.

I had called to see if they would take a couple of guitars and the lady who I had to was very helpful and just needed to know what brands we had. When I called back with the info she not only gave me a prices for them but explained why that was the prices which was super helpful to me to make the decision to sell to them or not. I travelled 25mins to get to them because of two things. First, and most importantly, they were super nice on the phone and second because their reviews on Google were higher than the pawn shops closer to me. When I did finally arrive at their shop again they were very customer friendly and efficient. Even after looking at the guitars (one not being what she thought with the model I had told them) they STILL gave me the price quoted over the phone. They will be the pawn shop I use in the future if I have something to sell.

This is the first time visiting this store and the service reminds me of visiting an expensive car dealership. Everyone is cheerful, helpful and very attentive to everyone that enters the store. The atmosphere is also very calm and pleasant. AAA++++ sellers and buyers!!! I almost hugged Glenda because she felt like a friend. Additionally Shawn came out the back with other items that I was looking for, and Cas was also very helpful with technique of how to use even the newest and more complicated computers. Thanks guys!!!

Went in there to sell a gun .. because they advertise that they buy guns .. the person who helped me had no gun knowledge . And they he threw out a number by not even knowing what brand or how well known the gun is . . Lazy and not knowledgeable employees. How are you gonna advertise you buy guns and know nothing of them . ? Funny

Customer service is great always find what I want and then some...the employees are always friendly and eager to help me and my family find exactly what we want and looking for I would recommend this particular location to anybody who enjoys friendly people and great customer service.. I love all the staff there...

Horrible I bought a TV here and when I got home I noticed the screen was cracked. I called them up to see of they would exchange it. They told me no, and that it cracked on the way home. Funny thing is that I had it wrapped in a big blue movers blanket. Dont ever buy anything from this place

This Sunbelt Pawn is the most customer friendly pawn shop i have ever visited hands down. I love the selection, the employees are so knowledgeable and courteous (Linda in particular she is the best) and prices are reasonable. Just overall outstanding. I highly recommend to anyone.

I visited the pawn shop on 1960. At first I was a little hesitant but the clerk by the name of Ruben helped me out a lot. I came in for small loan. He was patient and explained everything to me. I got the money I needed and before I left, I even put a laptop on layaway.

I went over to this pawn shop to pawn a few things only to be racially profiled and sent away the white manager didnt even want to see what I had in the bag he looked me up an down an refused services because he figured that I had stolen the items in question.

These are the best employees. They were willing to negotiate and I left feeling that I had gotten the best deals. They sell high end fashion purses and beautiful jewelry. I will always head there first for my jewelry and purses.
