They are very rude and disrespectful!! Purchased something that didnt work the guy offered to buy it back for $5, that would have put me out of $45 saying I had paid $50 then he ignored me and started talking to another guy because he was purchasing a gun, I guess my issue was not important to him, then looks at me and says well what do you want. I asked to speak to the guy who sold me then items to begin with he said why he is not the manager he cant do anything for you. He went to the back and came back out 30 minutes later with the manager and the original guy I wanted to speak to manager was so rude and and nasty to me Jason the original guy I bought my items from helped me out and gave me the piece that was missing to my item, manager was wanting to sell the missing piece to me for $5 even though it was supposed to come in the box to begin with. They are plain ass hole do not waste your time going to this pawn shop go somewhere else!!

Went in to buy riding lawn mower yesterday. Kristi was awesome. Went back today with a battery. Kristi was at lunch. Told the guy we would come back. Guy proceeded to tell us he couldnt have her out there a long time. Only two people in store. Very rude. One Customer in store. Wife asked him he really wanted to give up a $500 sale. Couldnt believe it. He obviously doesnt need a job. Pretty sure he was manager. We will never go there again!!! What happened to customer service. Pfft.

Manager is a complete A-hole. Ive bought here multiple times but wolnt be back. Tried to tell them that they had multiple obviously stollen items due to open packages of the same item being left in the parking lo but they blew me off. Also forget about trying to bargain with them.
