I have taken my poodle samson there many times. Today I called and made an appointment for 10:30 I got him there and at 1:00 not hearing from them I went by and explained I had to be somewhere at 2:00. They had not started on him and said he would be the last one of the day, so I paid and made arrangements for my daughter to pick him up. They called at 1:44 and said he was ready. Well its obvious they were in a hurry to get out of there THEY Butchered him. Worst grooming I have ever seen and will not return. Plus I paid $55.00 for this atrocity.

Going in I had no idea what to expect, I took in 2 long hair cats, I believe i asked for a brushing, shampoo and de-sheading, after being told our cats did great and almost an hour later, it was nearly 200 dollars! FOR TWO CATS- I can go to Paws for effect or Pet Hair Everywhere at half that cost! I was told before the drop off that we were paying for experience (as in the groomers experience). I will never bring my cats back to this over priced salon.

Lucky has been going since he was pup.. Im not sure if the place is under new management, but after the attitude I received this morning about dropping my dog off earlier than his scheduled appointment (which has NEVER been an issue before) Ill never go back. If this is how you treat the people paying you I hate to see how you treat my dog in the back. Snide, rude, and an I dont care attitude.. not worth my hard earned cash.

My dog received severe eye trauma from a bath and nail cutting. When I noticed it on the ride home, I immediately called. No responsibility. Took my dog home and went back up with pictures. They said it was caused by stress. I dont know how stress can bloody an eye and make it swollen. At ER now, vet says trauma. No responsibility from owner or groomer. No refund or offer to pay vet bills. Beware!!!

Ive been taking my dogs to Purr-fect Pets for seven years!!!! Ive NEVER had a bad experience. My dogs are always groomed beautifully and Ive brought them in looking pretty bad, I would, and do recommend Purr-fect Pets to everyone. Carol E. Clark Timmy W. Clarks Human P.S. I have a 5 year old Therapy Dog and I have tried many groomers in Georgetown and found Katy and her staff the BEST in town. Criz comes out in 2 hours (shortest time and minimizes his stay) and looks absolutly great. He is whiter than when he went in and they also grind his nails. Glad I found them.

Did a good job but really expensive. Most expensive bath Ive ever given a curly short haired dog. It wasnt much less than having him groomed (over 70 dollars). They were really friendly and did a good job though so I paid it. Not sure if Ill be back for just a bath though.

I had the BEST expirence at PURR-fect pets!! The staff was amazing very friendly! They were really sweet and gentle with my dog! I even got to watch while they trimmed his nails! My dog has never looked so good! I will be coming here again soon!!

Everyone at Purrfect Pets was professional and kind. I like that I can make an appointment and then pick my dog up a few hours later instead of him being there all day. This was our first time to use this groomer and we plan to return.

Normally my dog loves to get groomed, but hates this place. He comes back looking good, but clearly had a bad experience and acted shell-shocked. After it happened twice we stopped going here.

Our 14 year old mini schnauzer, was given a great cut. The staff were very friendly and our dog was very happy when I picked her up.
