Staff made it clear they dont want to be there. Advertise being open until 6PM on Saturday but stop taking overnight FedEx at 4PM which is not advertised. Walked in at 4 PM on Saturday and was told I had to go to Airport FedEx to send my package for Monday delivery. No, I just drove a mile down the road to UPS where they actually take overnight delivery jobs during advertised business hours until 5PM on Saturdays. This FedEx place looks and employees act like its going out of business.

Just got back from here, I had the BEST customer service. My boss needed his passport sent to Japan to arrive as soon as possible so I was very frazzled when I came in. The woman behind the counter, unfortunately I didnt get her name (slender with long dark hair) was so helpful and friendly. I normally dont trust people to get the job done right but she had me at hello...

I came by to this Fedex Kinkos a few months ago to get my portfolios printed. The staff were polite and efficient. The prints were completed on the same day, and they even gave me a discount because I was a student. Overall, it was a great experience!

Employees are extremely rude... just a bunch of snobby brats from the local high school... I will never give this location my business again, there are two other fedex stores a short drive away and a ups store
