I was in this location to get couple of copies done and the copier kept on copying the wrong way.. I asked the associate (Philip-hispanic guy) for help.. he asked me how I put the documents in.. I showed him how I did it.. he changed the orientation and left.. it still copied it the wrong way.. he was too busy watching tv.. and did not look happy to assist me.. I wasted 40 minutes of my time and whole lot of money for not getting my job done.. I am never coming back to this location again.. I know its was a Sunday I came in but he has a job to assist people but this guy really seemed like I was interrupting his game.. this location either needs to hire a new guy with enough knowledge and be able to stay and watch if the problem the customers are facing solved. big waste of my time.. he didnt have any politeness and no customer service.. I would not suggest going here if you need help getting your copies done or printing.. lot of other customers were having problem printing and this guy was no where to be found and when asked how to do stuff he just shrugged and left...

Awful location. I go in and need a box and to print a shipping label. I even say, "Ive never been in before but I need a label printed and a box and your help packing this thing." The guy just slaps a card down on the counter and walks away. Just walks away.. I wait a minute, watch him flip a box over and over and over again and decide I must have missed something because there was no emergency over there to make this make sense. I say, "Hey! What do I do with this card?". He yells back, "Email me your label! I dont have it, you have to give it to me for me to be able to print it out!" No kidding! Then he packs my item in a $12 box instead of the $6 box the item actually fit in appropriately. Miserable first experience with FedEx!

This place is Absolutely AWESOME!!! I never been to this place ever before, and I am definitely impressed by what they can do. I needed last minute replacement signs for Wrestlemania 32, and they delivered! Thank you for your amazing help! Great Job! Will recommend to anyone!

Very helpful, I was there when a gentleman felt like he should cut the line and be ahead of everyone, the staff was very professional and kept things in order and were not intimidated by this rude, obnoxious, person...kudos to all the staff!!!

Nobody here is really that nice and welcoming. I see why the ratings are so low. I asked if there was a way to print documents without using the self service kiosks and the guy looked at me like I was insane.

Worst pace to get things printed. I wasted 30 minutes for the woman there to print my job wrong twice. Dont use them, youre wasting your time.
