Avoid. Period. Went there to ship a package. I had checked online to get an idea of what the rate was going to be. I chose DHL express because I found an acceptable rate, $157. I go to this place, get my items boxed up in a box. The box was 6x6xlength. The girl at the counter measures it, says is 7x8xlength... I say how is that possible? She informs me that the INSIDE area of the box is 6x6, but the OUTSIDE is bigger. I stammer. I slap a dollar bill on the box (roughly 6") ... she says its bigger at one end... I realize this is futile. I ask the price, she says $216. I ask if there is anything cheaper, she says no...I take the time to pull up DHL on my phone, showing the quote of $157. I ask to have my stuff back and leave. I drive straight to the shipping store at the corner of Cooper and Mayfield, where Im given the price of $155 using the exact same box, and using DHL express. Had I not been vigilant, Id have been screwed for 60 bucks. un-f#*cking real.

I popped into this location last night, Tuesday, September 20th with four minutes before closing. All I can say is..... GEORGE and ISAAC. Isaac was helping another lady who was late like me and George teased me and said they were closed and quickly told me he was kidding but he could tell I was trying to get there by the deadline. Even though it was closing time they helped both of us without rushing us and answering all of my crazy older lady questions. You dont know how important UPS and the staff is until you are walking in four minutes before closing and need MAJOR help with something your FATHER (Im a daddys girl after 40+) told you to do. So THANK YOU AGAIN guys. I hope that this place leads you on to bigger and better things within the company.

I stop by around 7:30 ish to drop off my Next Day Air. My package had an arrow pointing up and Fragile item ( clearly marked.) One of the employee (young African American) worker pick up my package kept spinning the package. I told him to please stop, he stopped, as I was walking out I turn around seeing him did the same thing again (spinning my package dispite "fragile and up arrows"). I ask him again, to please stop. His Coworker and him explains to me it will be in a similar situation during shipment. I told him I dont care as Im not there to correct the situation, but since Im here I can see whats going on. Since then I have not stopped by the store, I have since moved on to FedEx

I went to this location at 4621 s. Cooper st Arlington,Tx across from Walmart my first and last time I will be doing all my business with the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE I walked up to the first counter there was a lady behind there she looked Arabian she was looking at her cell phone never looked up nor said anything to me The young man behind me said oh thats the owner that made it even worse I said she should be the first one with great customer service If she represents a UPS STORE NO THANK YOU

I came in a little after 8pm, after working late. I live in Grand Prairie and this is the closest store. I appreciated Isaac S. And George A. staying open late so i could get my package mailed. I would like to say Thank you, Thank you because you could have closed the doors and said " Were closed" instead you took the extra few minutes I needed to get my package mailed. Thank you!!!!!

Very poor customer service. First they declared my package "undeliverable" so when I call and ask to pick up my package they tell me to come that afternoon so I do and they still do not have my package. Not to mention the man working at the front was rude. If you live in apartment, dont bother trying to have UPS in Arlington deliver it, because they apparently wont.

They have copy machines that work, but the employees I dealt with were not familiar with how the equipment operates. I have a $1.99. I will not pay $1.99 for them to plug MY flash drive into THEIR computer. Wont go back.

Worst ups store Ive ever been in... Whos running this store...the only person I saw working was the ups guy loading his truck ...slow service...horrible customer service..slllooooww.....service...this store sucks!!

Came in to print out a return label and return some Amazon books, staff was extremely helpful and even printed out my sheet for free and taped it up. Wish every business in Texas was like this.

Horrible service. Product destroyed by UPS and claim had to be processed by the UPS store even though I paid for it. They refused to assist.
