Went in to ship my laptop. The attendant said laptop boxes were $24 apiece!! Begrudgingly I said okay, and she started looking around and after a while said they were out of laptop boxes. Without saying anything else, she grabs a regular box and starts wrapping my laptop in bubble wrap. I asked her how much the regular box will cost and she says, "Oh, Im still going to charge you $24". I told her I was no longer interested and she looked at me incredulously and said, "really?" I confirmed. So she places my laptop back on the counter, still wrapped in bubble wrap, and mutters "have a nice day" after she turned and walked away. Additionally, i was the only customer in the store. Really FedEx? You can do better.

I went in there at 5:45. 15 mins before they will close. They ran out of paper for my documents to print. Then when I was getting ready to FedEx the paperwork with the address she already enter into the computer she walked away and decided to vacuum by the rims she came back she told me its already past 6:00 that she has to close and ask me to leave. When I questioned her work asking to wait and no paper in the printer she told me this is not her fault. When I asked for her managers name she refuse to tell me and decided to call the police! I will go back tomorrow to talk to their manager and report this extremely rude employer. Her name is Daisy.

Must be a busy location. Ive been here on two separate occasions and been told a project would not be completed until later today or the next day. My project was being printed on cardstock 8.5x 11 that I provided and after printing needed to be cut. I was told that cutting takes a long time which is the reason for the delay. On both occasions I left and went to another FedEx (Office Depot the second time) and both locations had my project completed in 20 mins. I guess other fedex locations are able to print and cut faster than these guys are capable of. Youre better off heading somewhere else.

Fexoffice I don’t know what to say I’m speechless is such a bad way to end the year. What have they done to me? I send over $1,000 of my art product ship to my client in Boston. I know for sure I pack everything super tight and with big bubble wrap. They say they are not going to pay for it and say is my fault. What the point having insurance and clam for. I call them up and one of the guy hang up on me. Peoples that used this services I suggest please go with ups or the post office.

When we got to this FedEx Office for a quick single copy of a document I needed it looked like the place was closed (the gate the separates the mail boxes from the store/print area was extended). This was kind of odd to me because it was almost 6pm on a Saturday so we went inside to see what was going on. Well, come to find out they really do close at 6pm on Saturdays, but the gentleman working at the time was still happy to help us with the copy at the last minute.

I will never deal with this location or any other inside locker location every again. I drove all the way to the FedEx center to pick up a package at their 24 hour locker center and the card reader to open the door wasnt working, so I could pick up my package. What is the point of offering 24hr service if the damn door wont open?????

Converted couple of paperback books to spiral binding at this location. After about a week, noticed that the books were missing about a half inch on top. Would probably never have noticed and would not have mind if some of the headings and some text did not disappeared. Never doing another spiral binding at this location.

Piss poor service and one girl was so rude and tacky stating "Im not supposed to even be here and we have a new employee so were not gonna be able to print anything for you tonight." Wow some people should not even be allowed to work in customer service I am so disappointed in this FedEx location!

OMG, Deborah is a life saver, yes, she is the God of this fedex. I always got excellent service from her. Everyone else is not friendly. She is the only one that can lighten up this fedex. A help that can be obligated for a minute is remembered for the whole life.

Hopeless service, the person charged more than two times the cost of printing a 70 page document. When asked why, they said i printed on better quality paper. I think they should change slogan from "service delivered " to "disappointment delivered"

overall... i enjoyed the calm, quiet, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere without any aggressively assertive (or pushy) salesperson(s) to ruin the quite pleasant experience, while I endeavoured to runoff a few prints. :-D

Drove all the way out from west Fort Worth to pick up a package to see a sign posted on their door that said center closed until 10am. Their posted hours on the web and on the DOOR say they open at 8am.
