Not the friendliest FedEx center Ive ever been to. They helped me and completed my requests as needed. But the guy who helped me was a bit of an a$$, even though I remained in my most pleasant demeanor. He kept trying to rush me out the door; I assume because my task was a shipment refusal and generated no income. He had another employee helping another customer and a customer entered the waiting queue while I was finishing up. Definitely better service can be found at UPS, from my experience.

Just needed to let every one know, I walked in to make flyers for a friend that had passed away. We are trying to help the family raise money to pay for funeral cost. The man at the register looked at our flyers and said "Good Luck" and made our flyers at no cost.......I wish I knew his name, but I thank him so much, from the bottom of my heart. I will forever be a customer here!!!

The manager was robotic in her responses to my questions and a bit rude. Then her and one of her staff proceeded to gossip in front of me about their coworkers. I had to ask to check out twice in the middle of their conversation...they were quite annoyed to be interrupted. I will never return!

Ordering online is very simple and quick. The staff is also very helpful. They always make sure that the end product is perfect, even if it means printing off many test sheets. If you can get the manager named Jay to help you, hes great. Hes very helpful and knows what hes doing.

The guy working here is slower than a snail. Their new policy of them filling out the forms is not true. You wait forever (when you could have filled out the form) then they hand you a form to fill out the sender information.

Good news! They have all new people working here now. On my last 3 visits (over a 1 week period), the 3 different employees I saw, were friendly, helpful & efficient. Im so glad they got the message & found new staff!

When I called this location to ask a question the lady that answered was very rude and short. She almost sounded like she was programed wth a response to every question. Im just glad that I didnt drive over there!

Very poor customer service waited to hand the box ready to ship just needed scan while overnight fedex carrier was there scanning pkgs & then told me it wouldnt go out til tomorrow worst FedEx ever!

Its a FedEx store. You can buy products for shipping like boxes and tape. You can also do printing there too.
