I dropped off several hundreds of dollars of text books at this location to ship to customers and after a week and a half I was contacted by one saying they never received their orders. After looking up the tracking number online I learned the package was never even entered into the UPS shipping system. I personally dropped it off there so I know they recieved it, but I also realize unfortunate mistakes can happen, so it was just a matter of tracking down the lost packages. However the store owner was of no help whatsoever in helping me locate my packages. He acted as if I was either lying about having dropped them off there to begin with or the fact that they were never entered into the system meant they simply ceased to exist in the universe. I assume they were simply mishandled or lost, which is unfortunate, but it happens. It was the store owners inability or unwillingness to even try to begin to help me that I found very disappointing and extremely frustrating. I dont ask for much in the way of service but I will definitely go out of my way to use a different shipping facility in the future.

I called to find out the deadline for dropping a package for "Next Day" delivery. I was told 6pm by the store clerk. I arrived at the store at 5:15pm, Thursday, April 8th and the UPS truck was at the store. I had over the package and it was scanned as I departed. Upon my departure I noticed the UPS truck still there and it gave me a comfort that my package would be delivered on time. NO! After, checking on the status of the package the next day I discovered that UPS still had no update, not unusual. I got the notice that it was delivered Monday, April 11th, at 5pm. The delivery destination was only three hours MAX from where I processed the package and it took four days to get there when UPS said it would be delivered Friday, April 9th by the end of the business day! DO NOT GO HERE!

Shipped a package for a return to a large auto parts supplier. After a month and a half of not receiving my refund from the supplier I tracked the package and realized they never received it. The package was damaged in transit. After speaking with the manager of this store, I was informed that there is a fifteen day claims period from the time the package was damaged before the claim is terminated. At this point he informed me that because the fifteen days had passed (throughout which I was never contacted) they threw the shipped item away, closed the case, and there was nothing I could do. Now I am out the $100 part, in addition to the $15 I paid for shipping. This is not how I expected UPS to do business. Guess its FedEx from hear on out.

I have had several experiences with this store WAY overcharging. Not to mention their employees are never the friendliest but thats not why Im writing this review. I went in today to ship an item and they wanted to charge me $200 for a box and a shipping label. If youve never done business with a UPS store let me tell you that is outrageous. Please save your time and energy and go to the UPS store in North Richland Hills. The ladies there are always more than accommodating. In total the NRH store charged me $75... for the SAME THING. If you come here you will definitely be overcharged. Customers beware.

I shipped a TV with no insurance, and even when that sounds stupid, the insurance / packaging was more expensive than the TV itself. Website is not friendly for claims (what a surprise). I called the store to ask for information and felt like they were trying to take me away from the claim. If I wanted to disposed my TV, I would have dumped it into the trash myself, instead of paying them for destruction. The manager himself told me: well, some times the people that handled shipments are not in great mood... Very professional...

I have a P.O. Box there. All my interactions with the staff have been very good. They are very helpful and attentive. Ive extended the contract on my box because of their service. Also, I shop on Amazon quite a bit and they are a very convenient way to make sure my packages dont get stolen from my front porch.

Its a UPS store so, nothing crazy about what you get here, but its the way you get it. Staff is always super kind and personable while being knowledge and keeping that professional edge that instills my confidence. Anything I ship I ship from here.

Learn to be open 7 days week. Folks arent asking for 24/7 but when most people work M-F the least you could do is be one of Sundays. Youre losing business UPS.
